Definitely recommend it

Received several quotes from different companies and in the end decided to go ahead with one. Recommend this platform as it saves you a lot of time searching on the internet.

Sourcing an accountant...

Was looking to find an accounts specialist without the need for "cold calling" and Servicestart provided me with that.Registered on day one,by day two had several firms offering their services resulting in a local fit.Would highly recommend this service,it has saved me a lot of time to concentrate on other areas of setting up my business.Many thanks.

Thank you Servicestart for your help!

It is so difficult to find a good cleaner or cleaning company that caters to your needs and adjusts to your timings and convenience and actually does a decent job. Lucky for me, I stumbled upon Servicestart when I was looking for Cleaning companies online. I filled in a form on their website over the weekend & by Monday, I had 3 cleaning companies that shared their prices with me. I picked one of them & they did a fantastic job. My 5 bed detached house looks spotless. This is now going to be a weekly cleaning requirement for me since I managed to get great service at a very reasonable price.

Avoid at all costs- Specially ACCOUNTANTS

(PLEASE SEE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW) UPDATE AFTER THE BELOW ANSWER; Service start got back to me and offered to delete the review and they will refund the credits to my account. I objected to not allowing me to report other leads and taking my right away unless 'I BUY MORE THAN SEVEN LEADS ' from them. Its harassment and blackmailing and against my rights. If they are selling a product or lead it's their duty to make sure its correct and client should answer the call or at least they should confirm from the client if he or she have received my details. It against law 'It’s illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, eg a sign that says you don’t accept returns or offer refunds.' as copied from the government website. My advice to service start read through UNFAIR TERMS IN SALES CONTRACTS > UNFAIR BUSINESS CONTRACTS on the government website and see your contracts are unfair and especially when you do not allow a refund and ask us to buy seven more leads. I will be reporting this to trading standards.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Avoid at all costs. Specially ACCOUNTANTS. Do not trust them. Their only motto is to sell and sometimes sell aggressively. I have spent much money in buying leads and not small ones big ones with more than £100.00 and client do not respond to requests. Service Start does not want to give credits either as the client did respond once to say 'Call back when she is free'. I would be going to court against them and their policies. My money is not something which they can have without any services. Their customer service believes that I should by vigorously from them to retain one client. Instead of paying attention to the quality of leads they want us to just buy. Most of the leads which are attractive are from fraudsters. I have reported so many to them but no action. I am looking to report their website to HMRC now where there is no check on a lead coming through and big pitfall where accountants can find themselves advising wrong guys. It's against money laundering rules to advise anybody if you don't have his copy of ID or you haven't met a client in person. Servicestart defies all rules asking accountants to call themselves cloud accountant.

Over the years you have been using our service failed to build up any favourable customer ratings from our other users. In fact, you recently received negative feedback from a client.

In your admission you have said many times that you are happy with us and we have always helped you the way we can with our credit policy. Given the 4 years of happy use we hope the review of yours doesn’t justify the true experience you have had with us.

Just the service I needed to find a Lawyer!

I am going through a divorce and was having a tough time finding the right lawyer who specialises in family law and divorce settlements. I filled in a form on the servicestart website and I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted immediately by their team who verified my details and asked me for more information to support my form. Within 24 hours of posting my request, I was contacted by 3 professional lawyers in my area. I picked one of those 3 lawyers and I am thankful to servicestart for the quick and efficient help they provided. Super service!!

Stay away from them!!!

I purchased 3 leads costing £96 within a day of the jobs been posted.
I was assured because service start claims it pays refund for contacts not reachable or client hiring someone else before contact was made.
I could not reach one of the clients.The other 2 said their jobs have already started.
I contacted service start for the refunds.
It has been over 2 weeks,no sign of a refund and they will only refund to my service start account so I can chase other dead end jobs!!!
Please stay away from this dreadful sight.
I found out too late after tjey have fleeced me of £96.
BEWARE.

Easy to use

I have used Servicestart as both a customer and a supplier of services and in both cases it has worked really well. Puts service suppliers in contact with people who need their services in a transparent and no hassle way.

Awful service from Service start (This review is not for Nest pensions but for a company called service start)

Hi

Here is the copy of our email to service start which is our feedback:

1. I tried to ring and got through to you.

2. I asked for your help to show me how to report the leads but
there was no way of doing it as confirmed by you. Then you said you would do it. You took
the 3 ID nos from me and repeated them to make sure that you had taken them correctly.
You had promised to make sure I do not get charged for it and you would close my account.

3. Please let me know which card was set up years ago and you have used it to take payment without my permission.

4. One of your colleagues had told me that she had set it up so I get leads from 5 mile radius of Ormskirk. That was not true either.

5. I had sent emails to state that these leads outside the area and were of no use to me hence it is against the
law to charge me for them. I had repeatedly told your staff that clients do not want to travel more than 5 miles outside Ormskirk.

6. I reserve the right to give you a review on all social media and on Trust Pilot for the appalling service and duff leads I have received and continue to receive. Also for the huge waste of my professional time. I have the right to charge you for it by law.

7. Hence it is in your interests to refund all the money you have taken from me.

This works out an average of £22.5 a year. In addition, when you started with us back in 2009 we have also gave you more than £50 as a goodwill credit in order for you to overcome what seemed to be an entry-level difficulty.

Taking all that in the consideration we feel that the issue might be calibrating expectations rather than the service itself .In any marketing channel, you should spend money to make money with a right expectation.

We have also looked into your recent complaint and our team was trying their best to help you the way they can. However with regret we had to terminate our relationship based on your overall performance.
We recognise our service is not for everyone and for those who are using our service on a regular basis with a right expectation are successful acquiring new clients through our service.

Easy to use and they produced results

I'm was looking for an Architect and within a few days I had 2 replies to my project. I ended up appointing the second practice. I could have waited longer for a third but was happy with the 2 i received. Servicestart was easy to use and helped me out. I would recommend their service.
