Great products and great customer service. The quality of the product is great for the price.

My wife had these for 2 nights. The right bud stopped working. The AI bot was little help. We have had to order a replacement bud - doesn’t bode well for longevity of the product.

Quick and easy to order and fast deliveryI love my soundcore sleep ear buds and use them every night. So comfortable to wear whilst sleeping and the variety of sounds to listen to and also the option to connect to your phone is great.

The deal from black friday drew me in, but the headphones are absolutely brilliant. The sound quality is excellent, noise cancelling incredibly good and charge lasts for ages!

The Soundcore Motion Boom is a brilliant mid size boom box. Great sound, huge battery that lasts for ever it seems. It connects REALLY easily and can remember at least 2 devices, in fact I think it can connect to 2 at once! Robust and easy to carry and surprisingly light considering its monster battery life. And you can use it's big battery to charge your phone.

The soundcore Q30 earphones are not strong enough. Mine mistakenly fell on the floor and got cracked open at the edges where the handles meet the buds. I haven’t been able to use it since then

I tried several products and every single one was excellent. Very quick delivery too.

It does not sit comfortably in the ear. Even when changing the silicon pieces. And it does not block out the outside noise as well as other earpods do. The sound is not as good as promised. And people on the other line complain of background noise when I am driving in a car.

Got q20i headphones from a mystery box and there great, smooth sound

I have now had my Sound core Boom3i for 3 weeks now and I must admit I am really enjoying it. The sound is rich and full with a excellent amount of base and it's very loud. Using the app I can easily manipulate the sound and save multiple custom named profiles with the graphics equaliser. Personally, I don't use the ambient flashing light feature as I like to maximise the battery as I live full time in a van, however, it's a good feature to have. I also noticed that in by the end of the 2nd week the sound became even better which was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely buy it again due to it's sound, size, weight and portability. It connects very fast to multiple devices at the same time which I really appreciate. The only feature I would change to improve it would be to have a battery indicator on the speaker itself as I personally don't like to enter the app to check it.

My experience with soundcore was mixed. The items arrived on time in good condition. However I did notice that the battery life of the earbuds were significantly lower than the time advertised on the product which was disappointing.

The headphones are amazing reducing sound with and without music, very comfortable to wear as well.

Purchase was good. Received on time. Sound Quality is great. Unfortunately my ears hurt after some time. So it is not for prolonged usage.
