I cancelled my order and delivery was refused, so they said they' d issue a refund. Then a few days later I had to confirm I still wanted a refund, then a few days after that confirm my email address, now they're wishing me the best of luck and telling me its still being processed. If their products are anything like their refund process I would acoid them.

I already have a pair of these so I bought these for my wife and she loves them. The noise cancelling in these headphones are fantastic and at such a cheap price as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy these again.

I had high hopes for these headphones, but unfortunately they did not deliver on the sound quality or the noise cancelling.
I think the biggest issue is the bud itself that goes in the ear is very short and it barely sits just inside my ear. So it doesn’t matter how much you push it in it just sits on the edge of the ear, I tried all the different size rubbers for it but none of them made a difference.
So for me at least you get a lot of external noise and the noise cancelling wasn’t very good.

I often come direct to Soundcore for purchases, as the prices are so good. It's also reassuring to know you are getting genuine products with full company back up.
Soundcore products are brilliant value, with quality sound and solid build. I have many items for use outside when working and they are excellent.

I ordered my earphones a was able to get quite a good deal on them. They arrived promptly, and although the box was damaged, there was no internal damage. My p20i earphones work amazingly and almost never run out of charge. However, they are not the best for playing music, and they do not have much range.

Brilliant set of ear buds, best ones I have bought the quality of superb, I use mine for sleeping and they are so comfortable on the ear when sleeping. Noise cancelling is excellent and the app is great.

I buy all the electronics I can from Anker brand, always reliable and great value

Fantastic quality headphones with solid sound. Could hardly complain even for twice the price I paid.

The speaker was not delivered. Till now I have no sign of where is it, however the courier has flagged it as delivered. Totally unreliable!

Great quality headphones

Needed an upgrade on my old earbuds and I decided to go for the soundcore P40i, at around 40£ (discounted price).
The earbuds are amazing, the sound quality is great, and so is the noise cancelling option and the authomatic wind noise reduction. Fit well in my ears, and there are a lot of sounds customisation in the app. Battery life is impressive too (I haven't recharged the case yet since I started using them, about 10 days ago, but so far I have only used them about an hour a day or so, mainly while commuting to work.

I contacted the customer service via email cause I had no updates 6 days after the purchase, and the customer service sorted everything in no time (Nancy was very very helpful and friendly, but I suspect that's a fake name so not sure she will receive the well deserved praise from this review).
