I was very disappointed with the colour. It is a dull brown rather than a blush pink. I have been using the sonic toothbrush for years and know it’s a very high-quality product. I wanted to upgrade to the next Pro version but now I wish I had bought the white one

I charged the tooth brush as per instructions. However after a few uses when I can choose the brush speed it ceases to be available and I go straight to 4 with all lights flashing until I charge it again. I have mentioned this in a previous post to ‘Spotlight’ and was given an email address to ask for help. Which I believe I did but have not received a response.
