Never Order from here

Ordered a £1500 top of the range laptop. It arrived and its microphone array doesn't work. So I asked them to refund it. They took 1 week to organize a pickup. Emailed me twice when I want it picked up i replied within minutes. Then they did nothing and I had to chase them 3 times and finally it has been picked up 13 days ago. They confirmed they have it but won't refund it because they are waiting for a "credit note from the warehouse". Terrible customer service. They take 3 days to reply to the email. If you call them they just tell you they cannot do anything about it. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they say he will just say the same thing to you. I have reported them to the Police and attempting a chargeback via the card. Proper scammers!

Terrible product hasn't arrived

Terrible. Ordered a monitor on 19th September. Hasn't arrived. DHL say Asus haven't sent it. No response from multiple emails to Asus customer service. Telephone number is only for technical support so they won't help.

Never order from the.

Great GPU with very quick delivery

I ordered the 4070 super white edition from Asus uk store and it is a great card. I paired it with a new proart 27" display as colour accuracy is important for me and this card delivers. Runs 1440p 144hz smooth as butter. Wouldn't have considered the white card as it was more expensive, but it was reduced by £50 so went for it. Very pleased with my purchase. I placed the order after midnight on the Monday and it arrived Wednesday which was an added bonus.

B650 Plus Wifi

I recently purchased the B650 Plus Wi-Fi Motherboard, and I must admit it’s among the finest motherboards I’ve ever owned. The built-in Bluetooth functionality eliminates the need for my external dongle, which is a huge convenience. Additionally, the three M.2 slots provide ample space for all my storage devices, and the impressive I/O options at the back of the motherboard enhance its overall usability. For the price, this motherboard is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a reliable and feature-rich option.

Selling out of Stock Inventory!

FiveTech Ltd, the company behind the ASUS brand in the UK, demonstrated their incompetence yet again by cancelling not one, but two of my orders within a single week. Their excuse? Claiming oversold items and a complete lack of inventory. It's astounding how a supposedly large company can operate with such chaos, coupled with abysmal customer service and a profound ignorance about their own products. To add insult to injury, I was left waiting for several days for a refund via PayPal, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience caused. It's nothing short of a frustrating experience dealing with them, as they seem to have no qualms about brushing off their customers' concerns.

ASUS ROG STRIX LC II 240

Free 2 days delivery(over £150) , and It was actually delivered within two days. I have had it installed on my computer for two weeks and it is very quiet when used lightly. When the computer is doing video editing, even with heavy use, the computer is quite quiet (but I'm not sure where the slight noise is coming from).

Stay away from Asus store! Horrible service

Stay away from Asus store at all costs. I made the mistake of making a purchase here just because it was £20 cheaper than Amazon. I received no updates for a while. Not on my account, not in emails. Then the "processing" indication turned to "completed" after I get an SMS from DPD saying they couldn't deliver. With no option to make any changes, I called the store. Horrible customer service! I got a reply saying it is not their responsibility that the order couldn't be delivered! After two weeks of back and forth I couldn't get anywhere with them. So I made a complaint to PayPal and got a refund thanks to their flawless service.

Repair Loop with no solution

Couple of weeks before my warranty was to expire, the laptop started crashing when on battery. I’ve created a repair ticket and send the laptop to them, after a couple of days they send it back and said there is no problem.

I called ASUS UK support and the guy on the line was very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised me to send it again, as the issue wasn’t fixed, still under warranty, but told me to share a link with them to a video of the problem, that’s exactly what I did. They didn’t watch the video and sent it back stating that it was tested and no problems found.

I called the ASUS support again today, and he told me to send it through AGAIN! I have been buying and recommending ASUS products for 12 years. This is the last time I will buy anything from them.

Companies that treat customers like trash should be punished by buyers.

Bad quality laptop and awfulCustomer services

Bought a laptop from them, within weeks the trackpad no longer worked along with a few other minor issues. Reported it several times on their website as per their instructions with photos to no avail. Spoke several times to their customer services who gave different instruction on how to submit an issue with the machine. Eventually, It was collected and inspected and their repair centre quoted me double the price (laptop was £200 and they wanted £400 to fix it). They said I had to pay £45 for them to return it to me or for them to dispose of it. Unfortunately had to pay to have the machine returned but this is a complete rip off. Very unhelpful customer services on the phone and via email. Terrible, badly made laptop not fit for general purposes. Would not recommend this company as their products are not of good quality.

Delivery Very Fast, but Customer Information is Mediocre.

Ordered a mouse on sale Monday morning with Standard Shipping, received an order confirmation but didn't receive any shipping notifications or tracking numbers. Item arrived Tuesday around noon by DPD, while still listed as "processing" on the order page, i.e. not shipped. Fortunately, I was in at the time.

It's great that it arrived so quickly with the cheaper shipping, but it's insane that I don't know it was shipped until it arrived. There needs to be some better communication with the customer.

Multiple repairs

After multiple repairs, my laptop is still not stable, it sometimes does not power on now which I do worry about. Out of the 8.5 months I newly purchased it, 1.5 months are under repair because it needed repair after repair by ASUS. I got no information of what has been repaired to this new laptop for use in just 7 months. The problems are: 1. not working but with power light 'on' after power on; 2. but it actually is running with black screen; 3. then the fan is terribly loud, 4. It is also a heater. No one cares about the multiple repairs which used up 17.6% of the limited 12-months warranty. Most importantly, someone like me paid so much but nearly got nothing because I always worry it would stop working at any time. So, I know I have to not use its hard disk storage for my data, or I will never get it back. And more, the effort of sending/collecting a say 'repaired' laptop for repair again is testing my patience. My suggestion to myself is to avoid it in the future.

Asus is a rip off and ignores the law

Disgusting company! My son's Zephyrus G15 GA503QS started playing up at 18 months old. He was at boarding school so didn't use it much. Over summer it completely died. We sent it in and as it's out of warranty they want to charge £2500 to replace the motherboard in a laptop that costs £2500 to begin with! Support are not helpful. They also refuse to acknowledge UK consumer rights law 2015 which assumes that a product must last for a reasonable length of time Ie 6 years. (In comparison, Apple stand by this without issue.) They have now suggested I go back to the reseller. Whilst I can do this, the reseller will just have to enforce these rights themselves with Asus and we will still be no further forward Why won't Asus just do the right thing and replace it? If the cost quoted had been reasonable I would have just paid it but to be deliberately overcharged is unacceptable.

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. I have been left with a laptop that is completely unfit for purpose. It started running slower and slower after only having for a few months, until now I can't use it. Asus feel that sending links to ways of fixing it is a good idea, not taking into account the video I sent showing that it's impossible, as pages don't load, but time out. It's not my Internet at fault, as I work from home and have no issues. They took the laptop for a week, returning advising of no issues, but still the same. I was then told to go to the retailer, but its out of the 1 x month warranty with them, so they just send me back to Asus..... and the circle of uselessness begins again.
DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID.

I called Asus support re laptop that…

I called Asus support re laptop that was faulty, I explained the circumstances, "GABY" seemed to not want to investigate the problem any further and basically she pushed for me to email the problem to ASUS.
I continued to complain as there was no additional value to ASUS by me making the issue(s) known to them in"writing".
The best I got from Gaby was that she would email me a trouble shooting link!
I had already gone through extensive trouble shooting with the retailer.
Sorry ASOS, but this experience with ASUS has put me off from purchasing an ASUS component in the future.

Faulty product with a high price

I purchased a £1700 laptop in December 2021. The computer has just failed, problem with graphic or motherboard when checked at local repair shop, they have informed it is beyond economical repair. Now checking I find it is out of warranty but have come find out this is a common fault with this product. If I send it to their repair shop they will wipe the data, which again is not useful. Seriously disappointed after investing in a high end laptop that if having gone with another manufacturer would have not had this fault. I won’t be buying their products again, avoid.

Good product, ROG Cetra True Wireless. Case looks really cool when open with RGB. Easy wireless charging, useful app to tune all the tones to suit. Gaming mode for low latency and 2 levels of anc mode. Long battery life to last for a day use. Easy to pair with my different Android devices with my google account.
