I am sorry that you are not finding the Original pillow comfortable, it could be that you need a different size or that this style of pillow just isn't compatible with your sleeping needs.
If you purchased the pillow from ourselves directly and are still within the 30 night trial period then please do reach out to our customer service team and they can set up a return request for you so that you can return the pillow for a full refund,

What a difference!! It’s not a big fluffy pillow but it’s so nice to sleep on and gets ride of bad head / neck aches
Since using this pillow, all my neck and upper back pain is gone. I now have uninterrupted night sleep and no longer need my pain relief medications! So glad I listened to my Physio. 100% worth the cost!
I've been using pillows with this curve shape for many years. This is the best one .So good I've bought a spare one. Using it on a tempur mattress its the best alinement for my spine especially neck. The pillows look perfect. Highly recommend and I feel like my head is resting on a cloud .
My partner’s had the same pillow (Non Outlet) for a few months, and having both tried it and heard her rave about figured I’d try it for myself. It’s still a good follow but considerably softer than the medium firm rating and especially in contrast to the tempur medium firm pillow that we already have. Considering this was half price I don’t feel hard done by, but if you’re thinking of getting one and seemed taken by the outlet price cut as I did, I’d think twice. I would buy a new one in a heartbeat. The outlet one, a pass for sure.

For me perfect for side sleeping. Also tempur have been good with exchanging a pillow I was not happy with, easy to return and exchange.
The pillow was a xmas present and I’m getting good feed back on the sleeping progress
Unfortunately whilst this appeared comfortable it contributed to migraines caused by neck pains as slightly too hard. I have reverted back to my other orthopaedic pillow instead.

I tried both large and medium, neither were a good fit for me for back sleeping. But its all down to size of neck and shoulders and how it sits on the pillow. I do like the large for side sleeping. The pillows are quite firm, could do with a softer materal that gives a bit more cussioning on scalp. The density of the memory foam is fine as it needs to be firm to support and maintain the shape but could do with a layer of something on top to create a softer finish for the head.
Really like the neck support. Makes me sleep through the night mostly!
It’s ok but not as firm as my old tempur pillow. I do wish they were made to fit regular pillowcases. Will stick with it.

I could tell this product was a quality item. Also, perfect condition. It did help me with my neck problem but it just didn't suit me personally, I wriggle around too much and the pillow stays where it is. I had to send it back. The process was very easy and I received my refund quickly. Although not for me - I wish it had suited me and would recommend trying it out as your money is safe.
Pillow good but service was terrible. Waited 1.5 weeks for delivery and called for update to be told order had not processed and had to wait another 4 days. Then ordered a pillow case which never turned up, got in touch to be told it was lost in transit but out of stock and would take over a month to come in. Shambles
