This is a great pillow for me. Gives brilliant support for side and back sleeping.
This pillow is exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect, but most importantly it is so comfortable.
I wanted this to support my back whilst reading . Perfect for my needs . Too high for me as a pillow for my neck but that is just personal preference. Great quality item.

A revolution in position for sleeping
It supports my head so comfortably. This replaces my previous one which lasted for over ten years.
I had high hopes for this pillow but unfortunately it wasn’t for me! Much too firm for my painful neck 🙁 I returned it during the trial period and got a full refund. Can’t fault the service - free delivery and free returns so it cost me nothing to try it.
I love this, supports my neck whilst I’m laying down awake or asleep, and I find it very comfortable.

I used to get shoulder pain with my old pillows as I'm a side sleeper and I have broad shoulders but now I sleep like a baby.
The most comfortable pillow I've ever used
Pillowcase didn’t fit pillow making it bunch inside rendering it useless. Emailed customer services but just received a generic reply saying they were sorry I was not happy with it and to return it. The return process was easy but I would have preferred the correct pillow and pillowcase.
Very pleased with pillow
This pillow is just as high-quality as the more expensive, premium ones I’ve tried, but it’s a bit thicker. Both the 7 cm and 10 cm versions work well for me. Honestly, it’s a very good pillow—comfortable and well-made. Considering the price I paid, especially for a refurbished item, it was a great deal. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Very supportive, a little firmer than expected -but added a slimline softer pillow on top & now perfect!
The pillow is heavy. It didn't help my neck and shoulder condition at all. The cool cover wasn't cool. I tried it for over a week and couldn't sleep at all. Waste of money
