I bought a medium foam mattress but I found it was not what I expected it was too soft and did not support me. I ended up returning it and exchanged it for a firm version which has been a much better fit for me. The return process was from Outlet Pro Plus was easy and straight forward with no problems. Really happy customer.

So comfortable! Although it has been hot lately and I don't think the mattress was as cool as I thought it would be. Which is fine... I'm overall pleased with everything. I have been sleeping like a baby lately!
Still in two minds whether it’s good or not
Seven years ago I was involved in a serious car accident and damaged my hip and back. I lived with constant pain and obviously disturbed sleep. As I had tried other mattresses that promised a better nights sleep but nothing quite hit the mark, so I was sceptical about investing in a Tempur mattress. When I read about the trial period and money back guarantee I thought I would give it a try. I can honestly say I wish I had done it years ago! I now sleep feeling fully supported and I wake up pain free. The difference to my day is worth every penny and my husband has noticed a marked difference to the quality of his sleep too. Total game changer!!!

These are exceptionally comfortable mattresses. I am now enjoying the best sleep I've had since moving to Scotland.
We have requested a return, I think I can sleep anywhere and would compare this to sleeping on a piece of hardboard no give didn’t move at all, myself and husband both suffered with broken sleep due to being so uncomfortable and woke up with stiff backs necks and arms. Customer service were very helpful and I cannot fault the service but just not what we expected.

Takes a little while to settle but once has it is very very comfortable. Certainly less aches when I wake and better quality of sleep. My wife has a chronic back disc issue and it is supportive for her

Probably the most comfortable mattress i have ever slept on! I struggle to get comfortable in bed with a disintegrating disc and fibromyalgia but in this mattress i don't have to move around half as much! We thought about this purchase for a long time due to the cost but i couldn't be happier that we took the plunge.
First night was not easy Night 2 onwards - great.
