I had high expectations for this pillow given the brand and the high price point, but it was a huge disappointment. It doesn't hold the shape, as the filling is uneven and gets pushed to the sides by the head resting on it, resulting in an uncomfortable mass that distributes unevenly across the head and neck. Not a recommended buy.

I’ve had a problem with my neck and shoulders for months… I’d tried soooo many different pillows… and then I saw this one in John Lewis. I went home and thought about it… and at midnight bought it… oh my goodness! The pain is gone and I no longer wake up with dead arms or a crooked neck!
Amazing and comfy pillows
Isn't as supportive a pillow as described in the website. Alright when brand new. Not so comfy after a month's worth of using. The cooling effect is the same as the comfort. Was nice and cool when first used. Find myself running hot again as I did before purchasing this extremely expensive pillow.

It is disappointing to hear the support and cooling effect have diminished after only a month. To help you get the most out of your pillow, we recommend a few quick checks:
The 'Break-in' Period: Unlike traditional pillows, TEMPUR material can sometimes feel different as it adjusts to your room temperature and pressure.
Room Temperature: Our SmartCool™ technology is designed to move heat away, but it works most effectively in a room kept between 18–22°C.
Pillow Care: Ensure you are using a thin, breathable cotton pillowcase, as thick or synthetic covers can act as a barrier to the cooling sensors.

Very comfortable and easy to manipulate back into shape, bought a soft version to replace a 14yr old pillow, alot better on my neck

Nice firm head support, shapes lightly to the head but remains cool.

A very comfortable pillow and definitely stays cool, doesn't need turning over in the night which is an added bonus. Although it was an expensive purchase it is well worth the money. The thirty day trial with money back if not happy is a win win situation. Am aiming to purchase another one soon.

After using feather pillows for many years we thought they would take a little time to get used to. However, we found them to be so comfortable from the first moment we used them and would recommend them to everyone who wants a comfortable pillow and a good nights sleep
Product was very good, but wasn’t for me.
