Very comfortable just right softness and keeps temperature ok
Great pillow! I ordered the soft version, but honestly it feels more like a medium compared to most pillows. If you’re torn between firmness levels, I’d definitely go with the soft, it still gives plenty of support. I originally started looking at Tempur-style pillows because of neck pain, and after about a month of using this one, I’ve noticed a big improvement. My neck feels much better, and I’m sleeping more comfortably overall. I’d absolutely recommend giving this pillow a try if you want better head and neck support or struggle with neck pain. 👍
A great pillow.. Only thing I would say is that I brought the "soft" version, which is still fairly firm.. Could do with it being slightly softer, but appreciate this is a personal preference.

The product has a strong chemical smell and takes a long time getting used to, not sure it’s worth the price

With our brand new mattresses they will have a slight odour which we fully advertise on our website for full discrepancy, unfortunately some customers are more sensitive to this smell than others. It is completely harmless and will disappear within 4-6 weeks depending on how much you ventilate the area or use the product as this will speed up the process.
However if you bought directly from Tempur, please feel free to email 'consumer@tempur.co.uk' and one of our After Care Specialists can try to assist you with this issue. Whether they exchange it for a refurbished pillow which wouldn't come with this odour or returning your item for a full refund, depending how far in the trial you are.

Comfortable and ...cool! Honestly it gives you a nice feeling of cool temperature when you put your face on it!

Love this pillow, worth every penny. I’ve had neck pain previously and this pillow has eradicated it!
This is a solid well shaped pillow supporting my head and neck in various sleep patterns. The depth of indentation the head makes is enough and again well supported. This is some of the best sleeps I have had in ages. I was fortunate to have tried one before and so I knew what I was getting. Costly but worth every penny.
You can’t beat this.
Not very stable, inside material although heavier, keeps moving.

I bought a soft pillow but it doesn’t have much give in it. It’s very heavy. I’m not sure that it’s helped me sleep better

Main issue with the pillow is firmness. It's listed as a medium, but it's nowhere close to a medium. This is as firm as it gets. The closest, and very close at that, feeling to describe it is like sleeping on a sandbag. Anymore firmer amd it would have been like sleeping on a rock. It's very frustrating, and very underwhelming.
