VESIRA is a scam website. They are already reported to the police. Careful!!!! WARNING!!!! Not to buy. The products they advertise and the ones they send you are not the same.....but they keep your money. VERY CAREFUL!!!

I ordered the goods 29.11.2022 and paid €379.40, but I have not received anything. No one is communicating and I haven't received the money either. I will file a criminal complaint.

Purchase made last April 10th fro 222€, parcel never received because Vesira didn’t fill my address. The parcel carrier informed me they sent back the parcel on 22 April. Vesira neither informed or reimbursed me and has not test responder to the many email I have sent. Scandalous. Thieves, run away from this scam.

Ordered makeup and received in excellent order well packaged and got everything that I ordered will definitely buy from this company again really happy

This Company is cheeting with the products, they make advertising with 30ml and they send only 15ml, the price is than much higher than any other company, NEVER EVER AGAIN !

I ordered some parfum, but one was missing.
After I wrote to them they told me that it was out of stock. I mean they could tell me this before they send the package.. now I dont have a Christmas present for my husband!

I ordered Versace Dylan blue on discounted price like 38% off And recieved it after 7 days it’s original and nice I recommend this site

I ordered a perfume from here for my mums christmas and the order went through ok until a few days later I got an email saying the product was never in stock. The whole website seems a bit off and I wouldn’t recommend buying from there.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a fragrance from the site almost a month ago and I still have not received the item. When I email the contact email address they simply tell me it’s on the way and there is nothing they can do. They then locked me out of my account. Stay as far away from this company as possible

Bought a loreal lipstick for my girlfriend's birthday. Came without any closing sticker and full of scratches, like used... Sent a few emails asking for a solution, they just answered the first one:

No solution and ignored after even with me sending the picture of the product

Emailed them and no reply.

Claimed money back through bank.!

Ordered mousse online from their picture because since being taken over by loreal it has change after sales totally ignored me. Don't deal with this company.

At the end of February 2020 I ordered a bottle of Calvin Klein Eternity Perfume 100ml for my sister's birthday in March 2020, the package arrived & upon opening the bottle I discovered the bottle was damp, at first I felt that it was just moisture and didn't think anything of it 💝 on the day of my sister's birthday my sister straight away said that the package was in fact damp

When the cellophane was taken off it was discovered that half the bottle had leaked out, straight away I sent a email off to the company explained the situation, but all I received was a message saying that you only have 24 Hours to report faulty goods which I don't think is right for consumers

There's no way I would purchase anything more from this company, avoid like the plague

Extremely bad customer service, products they sell not available. Avoid Vesira.com. Ordered items, got shipment confirmation of all of them, then couple of hours later info via email that key items were out stock (so how they had shipped them before). Tried to cancel and was refused. Stay away.

Scam ,customer service not good,

I have ordered twice from this company and the items arrived in a reasonable time considering they were coming from Spain. Packing was good. The only reason it is four instead of five stars is that one item was missing even though it was included on the packing note. On notifying them I was told it had been our of stock and the money was quickly refunded. But it does make you wonder what was going on there. So if you use them check they have included all you have bought.

Advised order would be delivered 3-4 days; took 13 days! Contacted vevsira several times; received only one standard/ generic response. Was not as advertised on their website. First and definitely last time I will order from them again. Total disappointment.

I ordered two bottles of the same perfume which was a limited edition and no longer available on the high street. The order took just over a week to arrive. When I opened the box I was very pleased. I would recommend this website & will purchase again.
