Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, if you can even call it that!
Ordered some items for Christmas on the 13th of December. Delivery stayed 4 to 5 days. Nothing recieved by 20th so checked account and order was showing as not even dispatched yet. Sent an email to enquire when they will be sent and got no response, checked order status again on 23rd and it says order refunded but no payment has gone back in the bank yet. And I have had no communication from vesira at all about this since their order confirmation email!

Not suitable for buying presents
Spent £70 on a small bottle of Jo Malone perfume to give as a present. Chose Vesira specifically as they had it in stock and were a perfume retailer. Very disappointed to receive the 30ml spray without a box ! Makes the product look of dubious quality if the supplier cannot sell it in its oru=iginal box. Needless to say there was no warning on the website that this would be the case (or, er, lack of it).
