everything perfect , I have to explain how to do e-mail, when protection is active causes me problems with sending , and not with the reception ! thanks

I had a problem with my Wifiprotector and had to uninstall then reinstall and was unable to download the full programme on complaining a a code was sent to me by email but I found that to install I needed to pay again did then use the code to load the full programme but noted that it still expired on the original date not an extra 12 months as I expected. Is it now possible that
Wifi Protector can give me a refund or extend my usage to June 2016 as that is what I have paid for. Generally aside from that I think your programme is very good

It did not started so good, there was something wrong with your system so I mailed to your customerservice, I did recieved the answer almost a week later there I was informed that you have had problems with your system.
It had been nice to recieve the answer earlier to be able to use the system.
After this information the system now works to my satisfaction.

This is what everybody's wanted to be a great legal and this was supposed to do to be 120% safe private and public... Yes.! It'll recommend this to my friend because of its unique concepts with bundled you named it from anonymous , anti-virus , security, and history cleaner all in one so thanks to the developer for the great works... But only one thing.!.. don't leaves us in the middle of nowhere where I'm in the session , It already happened many times so please FIX this problem for the safety of the clients and this little suggestion.!.. You don't mind please add more servers in every country so it's not obvious.. because I observed only one server ip address is showing if I hovering the taskbar icon please add more reliable fast server in every country and I'll give my full ratings of vote of this review into 5 STARS ratings.. Please let me know by email... This is the only option to tell what exactly is my opinion because I know the apps running on my system it is perform good or not don't make an alibi that you guys fixing something without notice and leave me naked, You what I mean... Anyway I like this apps it really can cover and hoping that this apps creates and also works in any mobile android not only in pc ... Thanks for this good opportunity

I trialled the free version and found it very good. But when I bought the full version some functions weren't available for me to use; such as change country VPN.

I then had to uninstall the application because of the problem with Microsoft Silverlight. I then reinstalled the application, along with the updated version of Microsoft Silverlight and since then I've only be able to use the free application, as it is not supporting my previous reference number or the previous activation code.

It is very disappointing that you would expect me to pay the full amount again, when I've not had the full 12 months use of the subscription.

I WILL NOT BE PAYING AGAIN. So please, fix this problem for me as a matter of urgency.

I have already sent through queries regarding this (#FSB-145-35742) and (#EYY-600-85562) and would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible.

August I like best feature in the protection of privacy and network wi fi software can do the trick to hide ip ip checked on wp nna interia ip and actually do not see my server only program the other hand shows the server ip is not mine so very positively appreciate the antivirus program can do the trick no load on the system as a nod norton andother also very pleased to praise the program and judge him greet :)

It is an excellent program, very useful, protect pc against external controls and intrusions. It provides a lot of security in everyday use of my pc on the internet.

Your product - wifi protector, was working only as.a free servis for first 24 hours. Then I bought licence for 1 year and since that time it has stoppped to work. So with your fully prepaid product for one year it hasn't worked yet. I am was very angry. I bought your product in March 2014.

Well.... I find it extremely unstable at times and other times it's doing pretty good. And I also do notice a few bugs, for example:
1) The "check-boxes" for (auto-protection) and (select fastest VPN) is bugged in a way that: when you want to mark or unmark the "check-boxes" it doesn't show really show it. For example: Let's say that the box is already marked and you click on it to unmark it, even though it's already unmarked it still shows that it's marked, which might confuse some users.
2) It sometimes freezes while launching forcing you to relaunch the EXE
3) From time to time while it states that you're already protected but in reality not which forces you to either relaunch it or "stop protection" and "start protection" again.
4) This is kinda weird as it sometimes states that it fails to find a VPN server or that they're aren't any available VPN servers in the selected country.

Overall I think it's a pretty neat program to have when you're traveling to countries that have internet censorship that prevents you from sharing your experiences with friends and family outside the country you're traveling in. But I'd say it's still frustrating that it sometimes might even take an whole hour to become stable for proper usage. So I'm actually quite unsatisfied that I've paid for an application which has the bugs mentioned above occur quite often.

you can surf without any problem, according with the ID that you will receive, sometimes there are few seconds of disconnection but generally speaking, you must use it!!!!

First, I would recommend this to a friend, family member, co-worker or anybody in general. I love Wifiprotector. I'm a bad writer and like to make things short and simple so ill sum up some things. I would purchase wifiprotector again but sadly money is kinda short these days. I wouldve regretted not buying Wifiprotector the first time when my co-worker didnt tell me about it. He was having issues with people tracing his ip address and said it could happen to me so i went ahead and bought Wifiprotector and i need to thank my co-worker for this excellent experience.

just to let you know wi fi proctector still going strong ,with not one single problem ever online on line all the time
did have a problem with emails on one site as was interfering so now just turn off and when ready turn back on ,but must say easy to do,on and off

WiFi protector is very easy to setup and use, it has lots of features which give me protection and confidence on the wild world of internet, and it is reliable and fast.
There are things that can be improved yes but overall this is a 5 star product.
I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an application to protect his identity, safety and privacy.

Wifiprotector has several aspects. It judges the degree of protection of your wifi password and systems. That is really fine. Second, it dectects interférences within the wifi system. That is really a strong argument. And it offers a VPN system. I do not understand what does it mean technically speaking. But times to times, recently, the VPN connections do not always function and I have to change the VPN references.
In 2007 I was pirated by radio system and this was an unpleasant experience. With Wifiprotector, up to the present time, I feel reassured.

I travel a great deal to territories that block US TV feeds (mainly CBS). By having this software installed on my computer. I can overide this drawback and keep a US internet identification .This allows me to stream US based TV programming no matter in what country I am in. Its especially good should you monitor sports on ESPN and require live feeds.
