Ordered through Amazon. Delivered on time and easy to assemble - watch out for finger traps on the folding handle, a bite like a baby shark! 😃
Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The cut is very good and adjustment is smooth. Grass box light and capacious.
Battery life is pretty good, depending on grass length will do both my medium size lawns. The mulch plug is handy - I’m working out optimum grass length etc., but like the idea.
All in all a good piece of kit that is well put together. Haven’t explored other tools that I could use the battery on, but will do soon.

I bought the cordless pressure washer, it stopped working after 3 uses, no water would come out despite following the troubleshooting instructions.

The machine is good and a replacement for an existing equivalent machine, which stopped working.
However, the 'out of warranty' repairs no longer exists. The website is totally incorrect!
Fortunately, contact with an expert at core service identified the fault on my first mower. I now have TWO that operate!!

The robot mower is ok’ish. By that I mean it runs about in a random manner cutting grass like it’s supposed to. However, my lawn has a very slight slope, nothing serious just a gentle slope. The mower front jockey wheels always follow that slope downwards so the machine invariably ends up at the lowest part of the lawn. I have seen others that tend to hold their line when running across uneven ground. This one doesn’t.

I purchased a Yard Force LMC37B cordless mower recently and after three cuts the rear roller broke. I contacted Customer Services by email and I was sent a new roller and replacement kit by return.
I was concerned about the fact that the roller broke so easily but the Customer Service response was first class.
I am pleased with the quality of all other aspects of the mower

My mower itself is working but it is cutting grass weirdly when it wants. The main issue is the app which is not working at all.
The customer support person attempted to offload support responsibilities and asked to repair the mower in a local repair centre. However, this is an IT or software issue, not a hardware or mechanical one. Local mower repair centers are typically focused on physical repairs and do not usually handle software or connectivity problems related to the app.
I asked to escalate the issue to someone familiar with app/software support. Sadly, I do not have any solution so far. I am not able to operate my mower via the app, which is crucial to me.
I've had a frustrating experience with Yard Force UK.
If I look for alternatives in the future, I’ll find a brand that values customer experience and doesn’t treat digital issues like afterthoughts. If will find more reliable mower brands with strong app integration and better support reputations.

Delivery time was ok.
The lawn mower was easy to assemble, it cuts better than my flymo.
It's battery life is great as I have quite a large garden.

Tried to call phone number connection referred me back to website with reference to my query..
Rang direct order line requested a call back as no one free to speak direct too.
Direct order line took my number said I would receive a call back..no call back as of yet…
Yard force are impossible to get any after sales contact it’s a definite 👎 from me.
Yes ..Yard force are in touch with me via E-mail…16th May..I will update the outcome …
20 th May Unfortunately no actual communication has resolved my contact with Yard force..
Therefore I do not recommend yard force on any scale it’s a definite 👎👎👎 from me..

Just received a new replacement grass strimmer as the previous one cut out I must say the customer service has been wonderful many thanks to Hollie she kept me informed of my return I now have a replacement and I also love my battery powered lawnmower thanks again you've been wonderful

I purchased a replacement 34cm blade for my LM G34A Lawnmower on the website on 7/4/25, the order said it would take 7-10 days for delivery. I didn't hear anything so called up on 17/4/25 got through to someone called Donna in Technical, really empathetic took all my details and said she would pass my details on to the relevant department. Today is the 28/4/25 and I have still not heard anything. Called up again today, got through to a call desk and talked to Callum, same again, very nice guy, took all my details and said someone will be back in touch. Its been 21 days now, could someone please get in touch to explain the situation

I contacted the company via the Amazon site. My lawnmower has only worked a few times and now was smoking😳 from the battery.
They sent me a new machine, the new machine is exactly the same but works amazingly compared to the first one, think it might have been a dud.
Great customer service, lovely staff no complaints here.

Purchased a new mower for around £280. It lasted for 20 yards of grass cutting and died. I shipped it back to yard force for replacement/repair and they've gone radio silent. No active customer service, no phone number. Web chats are always offline! Very disappointed. Following my original 1 star review yard force reached out and immediately sorted my issue. Awaiting delivery of the mower to test! Changed to 3 star for their speedy recovery! Fingers crossed the mower turns out to be good!

Very very frustrating got from Argos I had a yard force petrol mower £230 yet only use once the deck slams itself onto floor while in mid use very dangerous contact the company the company has not responded it's it's not safe to work with I have contacted them and I'm still waiting for a response I don't even know if the bother using the machine again because it's that dangerous

Bought a Yard Force high pressure washer, Via Amazon, in March 2023. Does a really good job - exactly as it says on the tin.
February 2025 and the pressure hose blew. Looked for a spare replacement and turns out they refer you to a 3rd party, but that is drop down menus which don't include my model of washer.
Emailed Yard Force direct. By the end of the same day had exchanged photos, address details and replacement hose was confirmed as posted (from the 3rd party), free of charge, by the end of that day.
Great service.
