Great company and great products would definitely recommend!

My mum has been buying from Yves Delorme for years. I am now following in her footsteps, as is my daughter. Beautiful patterns, fabulous quality & great service from their UK division make purchasing the latest in bedroom design a joy.

The price is high but the luxury reflects this. The fabrics are beautiful and feel just wonderfully light and soft. I have tried the bedding, the robe and bath linen. I’m now totally spoilt and hooked for ever! The delivery time for the last order was short and it was easy to return an item that was ordered in error. The customer service is excellent if you have a query.

Lovely product. Feel so luxurious. Worth the money. Great service - quick and easy. Definitely will explore more things to buy!

I was in Harrods and I saw the bedding on display. I had to have it. I did not realize it was an exclusive brand at the time. I just knew I loved the duvet and had to have it. I came home to the US, gutted my upstairs and designed my bedroom around the duvet. It has been washed over and over, still looks amazing and reminds me of my trip to London every time I put it on the bed.

The best customer service experience! Fast to reply, helpful in finding ways to handle theissue and they keep in touch till the problem is solved.

Always helpful. lovely items as always and no problem returning some as robe was too short hence co-ordinating towels etc. Awaiting new stock of long winter robes!

It was great to be able to order from the full range of Yves Delorme in the UK and the bedding is absolutely beautiful as always. The speed of delivery was great.

We have purchased Yves Delorme bed linen over the last 10years and again we were not disappointed with our latest buy.
The big benefits of the bed linen are it is beautifully made , Wears well and a wonderful feel

I like Yves Delorme products and have ordered both their bedding and towels in the past. At the end of March, I placed an order with their outlet for three towels. One was delivered two weeks later, another has just been shipped five weeks after placing the order and the third is still somewhere in France. At no time has the company sent an update and explained why two/three towels have been despatched separately and the third remains undelivered. I'm now chasing them for the latter.

Unreliable

I purchased half a set online, sourcing the other items for the set that weren't available from Yves Delorme from another vendor. Both orders were placed within 15 minutes of each other. The other vendor was excellent, dispatching immediately. A couple of hours after receiving the completed order products from the other vendor, however, Yves Delorme told me that in fact their inventory was wrong and they didn't have the parts of the set available. Consequently, due to their tardiness and failure to keep adequate inventory, I now have to pay significant return costs for the items successfully received from the other vendor, or else be left with an incomplete set. I placed that order in reliance of Yves Delorme fulfilling the order I had just placed with them. All they said was 'sorry for any inconvenience caused'. Hardly premium customer service. I'm just thankful I didn't buy the remaining missing sheet from the USA as I nearly did- the rigmarole of sending back, not to mention foreign transaction fees, would have been horrendous, not that Yves Delorme would care.

They have good quality cushions and nice service of staff!
I bought a cushion that is soft and beautiful, I like it at the Chelsea branch:)
