allowed to buy it without any warnings it wasn’t in stock. Bad communication about the time delay and postage. obviously swamped during corona. I’m sure it’s not like this during more stable times

175lbs EK Archery Jaguar…
Hi i bought EK Archery Jaguar I Deluxe Recurve Crossbow 175lbs , its a great XBOW (NOT A TOY ).
Unfortunately when putting the string on the limbs one of the end caps broke and the other one cracked. I emailed UK Archery and explained the situation .
They emailed me back " I'll pop a set of end caps in with your order " I had already made an order for some spare XBOW string which came the next day with the spare bag of end caps as promised .
