Terrible service and comms
Oh dear. Very POOR service and communication.
We've had our THIRD delivery date.... come and gone. The first two without any communication. I've called... no answer. Answer machine. No call back.
The third time an email after the appointment saying the driver is sick. Mmm.. took my money on 4th April, still no fuel!!! Apparently it's coming tomorrow. Let's see!!!

The staff are polite and helpful. The website for ordering is easy to use. They keep you in the loop about rising prices, & why.
Always let you know when your oil is out for delivery.

.This company have been helpful and dependable from the 1st time I ordered oil.They suggested a monitor after we ran out and had to get boiler technician to re start our boiler.The service,both for monitoring and delivery, is excellent. We definitely highly recommend UKfuels.

After searching around for a competitive price, Ukayfuels came up trumps. The ordering process was simple and a message was received to say when to expect delivery. The delivery was on time and the driver was respectful of the property and surroundings. A good service all round.
