I have been telling Ukay fuels for the past two years that we no longer use oil for heating.
Please stop sending these e mails.

Always polite and will be a good price match to other suppliers. The Eco Kero seems to last a lot longer than the standard, so worth paying the extra.

We have found that Ukayfuels is very competitive. They always deliver on time and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I have used Ukayfuels for many years but my order in August this year was not up to their normal standard. I ordered at the beginning of the month with a delivery date on or before the 28th but nothing was delivered - I had to ring the company to chase up my order and was given a delivery date of the 31st August. I have not had any problems with deliveries before even when we are out but this time the delivery driver said that he could not deliver as the access gate was locked; this was not true but the delivery driver was trying access a different gate (not near the tank) that was locked. The company have details of the location of the tank on their database but obviously this not relayed to the driver. I also feel that their customer service was very poor, on this occasion, as I had to chase up the delivery. The oil was finally delivered on the 2nd September while we were out.

Perfect ordering and delivery execution. Can't be faulted.

Always good and friendly service from office staff to the drivers

Fuel arrives on time, every time with their own regular drivers. Even with the fuel shortages a few weeks ago they never let me run out. Jess gives the best customer service ever.
Price is always as quoted. Happy customer!

OUTSTANDING!!! - In industry like this its really hard to find genuinely honest & caring suppliers and Ukay Fuels are a breath of fresh air! - Their prices are always reasonable & competitive. But above all, their customer service is phenomenal. The staff over the phone so happy, so Ukay Fuels must be doing something right. I would categorically mention Chloe in particular is always helpful, friendly & extremely professional. An absolute asset to the company. Their service is highly recommended!

We have as a company been using UKAY Fuels for many years, they have always worked with us providing our company Diesel on time and when need be changing things to work around our requirements.

The staff are always helpful and friendly and always go the extra mile while also providing a competitive quote.

I place oil orders for our village every month throughout the winter (local syndicate) & phone ALL the suppliers. I now call Ukayfuels last because, more often than not they BEAT any other competitors price.
On top of this the ppl are friendly too.
Keep up the good work & keep giving me good prices!!

I've used the company for years always very sufficient and friendly! Couldn't fault delivery will continue to use for many years!

I ordered our fuel on the 18th of September. The tank was very low and also we have an issue where we live as we have no vehicle access. Jenna who took my order organised the fuel for Monday the 25th of September at no extra charge and also ensured that the depot knew about the access issue.
Monday the 25th of September (I was stressed that day as it was my first day back at work after our annual holiday).
Alan the driver arrived, we had an issue with a parked car that could not be moved. He could have easily left as it would have been difficult to deliver but he was determined to ensure that we had our oil.
20 minutes later the task was completed and off he went.
Consumers are sometimes more than happy to complain but rarely give praise.
I would like to thank both Jenna and Alan they are a credit to the company.
