Great service
Ordered a Heritage toilet seat. Good price and really quick delivery. Refurbishing the ensuite so haven't had the seat fitted yet by the plumber. I've used UK Bathroom store before and will use again.

Quality product
It was easy to place my order and the quality of the Heritage taps is excellent. The website gives detailed information including dimensions which is very useful when making a choice. I had forgotten that the hot and cold taps open in different directions which was strange at first! I would have given five stars but there was a hiccup with the delivery (not UK Bathroom Store's fault). John in Customer Service was very helpful on the phone and the order was shipped via next day delivery service once the taps arrived from Heritage. Prices were reasonable too. I would use the company again.

I am sorry that your package did not arrive in perfect condition. The item you ordered is an extremely fragile item that would usually only be ordered with a shower tray. We do take every effort to get items to you undamaged but from time to time damages can occur.
We will of course do everything in our power to put this right when it does happen and I hope you will consider updating your review based on the final outcome.

Excellent company with excellent customer services
My 1st order, with this company, and everything was perfect, well packed and arrived within the time frame choosen.
But where this company really shines is the excellent customer service.
A problem was spotted, so I emailed uk bathrooms and within 48hrs a replacement was sent and the problem part collected in return.
A sign of a great company is how they deal with problems and I can honestly say UK bathroom Store shines here and I will definitely use this company again.

Wrong item delivered
I was dissatisfied overall because my delivery was taken to a store rather than given to my neighbour - as is set up in my profile. The store manager where I had to go to collect it said that high value items are not left with alternative contacts, they’re always taken to a store. That’s not what was advised on my account and if I had known that, I would have made different arrangements for delivery.
Furthermore, the wrong item was delivered so it’s taken me time and effort to contact the Bathroom Store and I now need to wait a week for a new item to be delivered. I have not yet been advised of the process to return the incorrect item. All of this has caused me considerable inconvenience and impacts my overall experience of dealing with the Bathroom Store.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect with us, I would certainly like the opportunity to put that right if I am able.
I have looked at this issue and can see the seat you had was sadly part of a batch that was somehow mis labelled at the factory and caused some mis picks in the warehouse, for this I am truly sorry.
The issue with DPD seems to be a different problem however. According to them you have a marker on your account to have any parcels that miss delivery to be sent to a local food and wine store. I believe if this it the case then all future missed delvieries will go to the same store. We can help change this for you however if you wish.
Please accept my sincere apologies however as I understand how frustrating these things can be. If we can help to put this right we certainly will try.
