Hi Barry, we have replied to all emails concerning the order placed by Milly (last email was sent on 23/01/2020 1:08 PM) and a free part replacement was also sent out to her to fix the issue.
In this last email we gave advice on how to make a return through our website link provided, should you want to return the item.

Excellent service and great product. I bought 2 for Christmas presents with go kart attachments and my boys have been on them all the time. We need new straps but that’s because they have played so much not Because they are faulty. Would definitely recommend

Came with the bag with the parts in it open and with missing bolts don't know if anything else is missing as the instructions were so useless that they may as not have been there as a result it is still no been put together and was unable to give it to my daughter as a present on Christmas day!
