The chap at auto windscreens in Kings Lynn was both freindly and professional.

Had an excellent experience! Arrived on the scheduled day, but unfortunately, the wrong glass was brought for my windscreen. Within hours, they arranged an appointment for the next available day (just two days later). They kept me updated on the arrival time, and the replacement was done neatly and efficiently. The fitter was incredibly friendly and highly professional throughout the process. Would recommend.

I'd waited a week to be given an appointment by the usual insurance approved company and a quote of nearly £1 k for a rear screen on a Smart Forfour! I was told it was with purchasing and they couldn't give me a date to fit a replacement.
Imagine my joy when I phoned Jaquie at UK Car Glass and on a Friday afternoon and within 15 minutes she had arranged for a mobile team to come to my home, on Monday, and fit a new rear screen at a third of the price! Jaquie was great and so we're the fitting team. Professional all the way, so good, they're now in my directory for the future. Thoroughly recommended.

I called late Thursday afternoon after all the jobs had been allocated out.

However, Jacqui rallied around, got the order in and booked a technician and the job was done Friday after.

Great communication with both UK glass and the fitter who provided ETA window with a follow up call when on the way.

It was a benefit to me that the job was completed at home address

The guy who came was very friendly and polite and took pride in his work looks brilliant

Paul was brilliant setting it all up and so Rapid Screens who did the work.

Nearly half the price of Autoglass and they were able to fit me in within a couple of days and got the work done in half an hour including removal of all the broken glass. Highly recommend
