Scam

This is a scam if you get a message from anyone specifically asking for this report, they have no intention to buy the car just for you to pay for THIS.

It's a scam

It's a scam. Someone called me and said I'm interested to buy your car but first get (UKCD) ( ukcarsdeal ) report and send me that report so I paid £29.99 and report had no information of car history etc and that guy has disappeared. Avoid UKCD or ukcarsdeal it's a scam

Total scam

Contacted me looking to buy a car. Asked for me to pay for a due diligence report because they couldn't until they owned the car. Thought they would give up after I pointed out it was a scam but they kept at it. Got to admire their tenacity.

Clever scam

Same scam others have mentioned. Someone messages interested in your car then asks to see a UKC (uk cars deal report) all seems legit. They say they will pay the report if they decide to buy your car. However if they want the report so much then they can get the report for themselves

This is a scam don’t fall for it

This is a scam don’t fall for it.
I am selling a car in autotrader and then someone messaged asking for a UKCD report for the car before they come and view the car. They directed me to this website ukcarsdeal.uk and said they would pay me back once they come and see the car.
They never come and have provided a report which you can get for free.
This website should be shut down. It’s a scam

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. It should have zero stars.

As others have reported, someone contacts you to say they want to buy your advertised car but insist that you provide them with a DD report and they "only trust" UCE which costs £30. I have bought other cars and used legitimate report companies. My initial thought was that it was a scam and I pushed back on their demand. They became more insistent and when I told them I had googled and found the reviews that it was a scam, they tried to assure me it was legit. When I continued to reject their demands, I heard nothing further.
I didn't fall for it. Neither should you.

I couldn't give it zero stars.

I couldn't give it zero stars.
A generic message appears posing as a buyer telling you how interested they are and want to pay the full asking price.
Then you get asked to go to this site to fill in all your details.

Once you do that they have all our details and banking information and will clean out yoour account before you know it.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This is basically a bunch of scammers - they’ll ask you to “get a report” from their website and then steal your data and steal money
