I had the same experience. Because it showed itself as Carnaby St london I was foolish enough to trust shipping from the uk.I ordered a coat for £44 and paid by credit card. within minutes I got an email saying despatched. I assumed london. When I looked at the terms and conditions it said once the goods despatched I could not cancel. On eventual arrival it was poor quality not a winter coat, flimsy and like other people found a proper coat in the highstreet for my £44. I argued and got the standard replies 15% discount, 40% discount and keep the coat. Evently they accepted I didnt want it so the final offer Keep the coat and pay the original carriage £10 which I agreed. I got email to say aproved and being processed, an email saying refund sent must be my credit acrd co witholding it. I INITIATED A CHARGE BACK which west would not accept but my credid card co had already reinbursed me. What the final out come was I dont know but I got £34 back and the coat which hasnt been worn, maybe if we get a hot summer.

I ordered three things off their website, one was clearly not the right size, the next one was so cheap and nasty and the third was just passable.

I have emailed them about it and they got back once. I am now getting bounce backs to say the email address doesn’t exist.

I bought a coat from West and Co London website, (westandco-london.uk) for £54 reduced from £110. I had seen the same coat advertised on other websites like Temu and had assumed they were the cheap scammers and the website I was on was genuine - it calls itself a west London boutique with a flair for the united kingdom so sounded like it was based in London. This turned out to be false advertising.

When the item arrived it was flimsy and whilst it looked a bit like the advert it was substantially less sturdy, more of a cardigan than a coat and certainly not weatherproof to any degree. It was not worth the money I paid let alone the full price they had reduced it from.

I contacted them about it and asked for return and refund.

They said I would need to pay postage to Asia AND a £10 admin fee. I checked their return policy - which does state paying postage to Asia but no mention of admin fee - and challenged this saying they can't charge a fee not listed in their return policy.

They then offered me 40% cashback and no need to return the item.

I accepted this, thinking it would mean I get more of my money back than I would have if I had had to pay the postage. However my email of acceptance then bounced back saying the seller email no longer existed.

I wrote again via their website online form and have not received a response so they are clearly now ignoring me with no intention to issue any kind of refund or return.

They are a massive scam website AVOID AVOID AVOID
