As the name suggests the cost is cheap. The service is excellent. Phillip did all the legwork for the transferring of my relatively small website hosting when I was out of office, and kept me up-to-date with emails.

I have been with this hosting company for over 12 years. I have found the service excellent and support is top notch.
I can easily recommend this company as it supplies a first class service at a very, very reasonable rate.

I joined this hosing company couple of months ago with some doubts in my mind. It turned out I I shouldn't have any doubts at all. Philip is a friendly chap who would answer my questions and concerns in couple of hours and he is an adept support person. He really takes care of your problem. For instance my domain was blocked for legal issues and he immediately registered a new one and convey everything in just hours. Even my links were updated.
Pricing is also very reasonable and language is of no issue unlike with some of those offshore companies who would send you links in Chinese!
I would definitely recommend.

I have dealt with numerous absolutely atrocious hosting companies over the years and I can confidently say that UKCheapHosts is the best one I have ever dealt with. Phillip is a star in this otherwise dark business. I don't often have issues with any of the numerous sites I have hosted there but when I have he has been quick and thorough and eager to do whatever he can to resolve my problem. I have been recommending them whenever I get the chance. I'm in the process of moving all my other sites to them from various other companies who can't even answer a ticket with a week.

Simply amazing. The cheapest hosting I could find with just the best customer support. Phillip who runs it is so brilliant, taking on any challenge or problem customers have. We pay £22.00 a year for a domain, unlimited aliases, subdomains, 500MB hosting, and 1 to 1 customer support. You can't ask for more for your money. Just first class.

First Class service and great pricing. Much better than the big names that charge a premium and don't offer the level of service that UK Cheap Hosts do.
