I had been struggling to understand why my score was so low although I was doing everything to improve it, after a 20 minute phonecall with an advisor gping through my report we were able to find out what was affecting my score that I had not been able to spot on my own. Highly reccomend!!

I didn’t sign up with them!! They took 1.5£ that I didn’t noticed on nov 2nd and 24.95£ after 15days. I couldn’t cancel online as I didn’t have my details BECAUSE I DIDNT SIGN UP so I had to call the help desk to cancel my subscription to be told I couldn’t get the 25.95 refund because the trial period of 15days had expired! 🤬🤬 how is this not fraud???
Fraudulent steer clear. Cancelled, claimed I didn't.
Jo rang me today and he was extremely helpful and explained everything to me regarding my credit file. Gave me lots of information to improve my credit score, went through my credit and raised some disputes on my file . Very knowledgeable and a friendly guy. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Jo

After initially being a little miffed at having had to sign up for a monthly charge after the free trial, Your telephone representative Michael made it clear that it was easy to cancel and a refund of my £1.50 charge made.He also gave me a comprehensive view of how your company operated and the fact that there may be nothing wrong with my credit score and the fact I have been refused 2 credit cards from my own bank!!!!!! ,may in fact just be down to me not being the customer they want for a particular card and they can refuse without offering any justification.Santander-The pits!!!!!

I cancelled my membership before money was taken. Using the awkward cancellation procedure. Then I was charged.
Michael just cut me off on chat when I asked for my money back. Found him rude.
Edit: they have refunded me today, thanks

The design of this service seems intended to guide users toward subscribing without providing clear or easily noticeable details about the associated costs.
The free trial is presented in a way that can lead to unexpected subscriptions, as important details about the future commitment are not made obvious. The methods used to present this information could easily cause users to inadvertently sign up for services without fully understanding what they're agreeing to.

Be aware!!!
Check and check again the initial sign up process!!!
I thought it was free initially and then thought I cancelled straight away , however a £24.95 charge the month after…
Of course customer service basically put it back on you as it’s all in the small print!
Who in this day and age would choose to pay out £25.95 a month for credit reporting?

Reply from UKCreditRatings
Took out the 'free' trial (spoiler alert - you pay £1.50, then have to go on safari to find the form to fill out to claim it back. The ASA will be very interested to see that definition of 'free'), cancelled it immediately via web chat, they still tried to charge me the full amount the following month, which incurred bank charges. Tried to explain this to the online chat people, who not only had to be explained to multiple times, then wouldn't even entertain the thought of putting things right, instead constantly referring me back to my bank. Absolute joke of an operation, preying on people's inertia and inattention.

So it says free trial but they charged me 1.50. Very bad experience. I paid anyway to find out my credit file and to my surprise. They have no credit file on me. How can that possibly be. There are ar more better credit agencies around.
