Not sure whats happened but apparently…

Not sure whats happened but apparently they are taking a direct debit from my bank account for something I've never heard of.
I'm currently on hold to them to cancel it, even though I don't know what the direct debit is even for.

Direct debit con

Seems to be a complete con. It wasn't clear from signing up that I would be charged £1.50 to 'verify my account' rather than that it would be a hold that was refunded. Was advertised as a free credit check but it was never informed to me that I would subsequently be charged £25 per month in direct debit automatically upon signing up, and that it wouldn't be possible to cancel online (you have to ring up or web-chat them to cancel).

Ad some email of them saying taken 27 pounds for something I didn't even sign up for scumbags I cancelled it phone they number,and stopped direct debit,absolutely shocking this firm is

they have took 29.95 out my bank…

they have took 29.95 out my bank account every month for the past 5-6 months and it’s annoying because it’s putting me in an overdraft

Michael Walkers Fantastic Professionalism …

What made my experience so great was not only that Michael Walker's initial response was most welcoming,friendly and professional he was able to maintain this very high natural profile right through my extremely important query from one of my business suppliers concerning my credit score.
With what only appeared to be a few minuets of asking me some basic personal/business questions, Michael was able to confirm that my credit rating is 5/5

I thoroughly recommend UK Credit Ratings

This is a great firm. The credit report is really clear and as soon as you sign up you are offered a free call with a representative to discuss any concerns you may have about its contents. I got a call from Lewis. He was helpful, patient, understanding, professional and highly knowledgeable about his field. Fairly early on in the call, you could tell that Lewis was trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, full of integrity and only wanted to help me to the best of his ability. Lewis is a real credit to ('scuse the pun) to UK Credit Ratings and to the financial industry as a whole. He clearly signposted me, step by step, to how I can resolve my issue. Whilst I've got a mountain to climb, I can't thank him enough. One final positive is that that at the end of the call, Lewis told me that I can use the number that came up to call the company back and ask to speak to him directly. How often does that happen...?

Very helpful & informative

Tried to register an account but the registration failed. I was concerned this website was a scam, but a couple of emails back and forth, followed by a phone call and I am happy that this is a legit website with friendly and helpful staff.

Happy Customer

Brilliant service. Mike was great and found 2 errors on my credit file which were bringing my score down. He helped me flag these to get them removed and get my score up, he also found three of my passwords were leaked on the dark web which I've now changed. Thanks Mike!
