Absolutely shambles of a company, avoid at all costs, they take information from you then never get back to you, disgusting customer service. The company they use for IVA has gone down the pan, and guess what these guys don't even have the courtesy to let you know. Full of empty promises. They will increase your anxiety and stress avoid avoid avoid

Very dissatisfied with the service from these guys. I submitted an enquiry online which was followed by a phone call the following day, the phone call was fine and questions were answered initially and I asked if I could take some time to consider my options. Following this I have had to ask for my details to be removed from their system. From multiple mobile numbers and telephone numbers, I have been called more than 4 times a day by this company, constantly texting and emailing for me to use their service. No thought, care or consideration of the customers situation. People are going through enough to want to speak to a debt/financial advisor without being pressured into using their services. I have now cut all communication with this company and would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a smooth transaction into debt advice.
