As a business, we have used UK Doors Online multiple times. Their service and products has been exceptional from start to finish. I have been really impressed with Megan in sales. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always responds quickly (which helps when you're trying to spin a lot of plates). On the rare occasion that we have had an issue, the customer service team has been helpful and proactive in coming to a resolution. Really good quality bifold
I contacted Uk doors when at the planning stage of my self build project. The bifolds went in at the weekend and both my fitter and passers by have commented on how good they look. As for pricing their aluminium bifolds were cheaper than my local upvc quote. Will definitely use again and ask for Megan

I had a fantastic experience with UK Doors Online. Despite delays on my project and a couple of specification changes along the way, the team remained supportive and flexible throughout.
