Quality is ok and bits are on don’t be expecting anything amazing there standard bits are ok for wood and thing metal but even there cobalt bits struggle with hard metals and blunt fast standard Chinese quality bits but had if you want lots of the same size

I left a comment on their FB page and they deleted it and turned off comments.
Not impressed; shoddy product and business.

Great service from start to finish. The forstner bits came in a protective box and were very sharp. Excellent quality for the price so don't be put off by the low price. Buy with confidence.

Brilliant after-sales support
I bought one of their products via a 3rd party, but needed some technical help on how best to use it. I contacted the chat service on their website, and a guy called Rob gave me really quick, well-informed and helpful answers. Next time I'll buy from them directly!
