Here is a company that knows how to treat it's customers well. I had the whole house converted from under floor gas heating to air conditioning comprising 2 outdoor heat pumps and 6 indoor units. All done in 4.5 days and on time. The guys who did the install were exceptional good, frankly I couldn't have asked for a better job. Well done to all.

From site survey to the installation five star service. Every member of UK Energy services i dealt and met with were first class. Polite, professional and very tidy.

I highly recommend UK Energy Services.

I chose them to install two air conditioning wall units in my house due to their informative website and excellent customer reviews. I am very glad that I did because the service was outstanding from start to finish.

Nick responded to my initial query within a few hours and came to do my survey the same week. He was very diligent, knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions.

Nick then passed me over to Nir to arrange the installation. Nir was similarly customer-focused; always very friendly and courteous, and quick to respond to my emails.

The installers, Rob and Sid, were just as professional. Both were approachable, polite and, I felt, very respectful of my home. I was impressed that they took extra care to get the indoor units sitting exactly right on my (uneven) walls, and they always tidied up after themselves.

As it'd involve drilling through walls, I was expecting the installation to be much noisier than it actually was. My house is mid-terrace so I had pre-warned my neighbours but both said afterwards that they weren't at all disturbed by the work.

I was also surprised by how quiet the units are when running. The indoor units are barely audible on their low setting and the outside unit, which I'd expected to sound like a jet engine, is no louder than a desk fan.

In summary, I am delighted and wish I'd done this years ago because the heat of summer makes me very unwell. I'd already insulated my house to the hilt and employed all manner of things to try and keep it cool yet still June-August were generally miserable. I am finally looking forward to summer instead of dreading it.

I do not hesitate to recommend UK Energy Services. It seems rare these days to find a company that operates with integrity and values customer service so when you find one they are to be celebrated. We found UK Energy Services by looking on line. I rang the number listed and spoke to a very professionally sounding Nick Ballard I told him what I was looking for and the system we wanted fitting. He said that he could do a site visit the next day and supply a quote. The following day Nick arrived as he said he would (sporting a rather fetching face mask). First impressions were excellent. I immediately felt at ease and confident in his character; there was no hard sell or pushing another system. He respected our choice and carried out a thorough appraisal of the situation. His manner throughout was warm and friendly. He answered all of my questions and some that I hadn’t thought of. Upon leaving he asked me for my email address and asked if there was anything else. Throughout this meeting we both wore face masks at all times.

Within a day or so of our meeting Nick emailed a quote to me for our approval. On receipt of the quote I had many questions about the power of different units. I’m quite sure that I must have driven him quite mad at times, but he was wonderful and was quickly able to alleviate any anxiety I may have had about variations in the systems and remained warm and friendly throughout our communications.

I was sold on UK Energy Services after our first meeting, but just to make sure my choice of installer was the correct one I did what I always do and recommend any one else to do and checked on line reviews very thoroughly because you never know. I found lots of great feedback and comments. My decision was vindicated and I have to say we have not been disappointed once with their commitment to customer service.

Because we had already decided on a 3 room system the choice in the end was simple. We informed Nick of our decision and upon placing the order we paid the 50% upfront of the installation cost required. We were then provided with an installation date and time “as simple as that ”.

The day before work started we cleared any furniture and decorations that may have impeded the engineers

The first day of the installation Rob and Sidney turned up promptly at the time we were told they would and they wearing face masks too. We found them both to be very personable and professional young men. Within minutes they had arranged all of their tools and carried in numerous boxes of equipment. We settled ourselves in the kitchen and left them to it. There was a lot of drilling and a lot of vacuuming, as they cleared up as they went along. By lunchtime we had 3 new holes in the side of the house and 3 internal units on the walls. Before leaving in the evening they neatly part fitted Conduit down the side of the house and hid the tentacles of cabling and tubing springing from the new holes in the side of the house. On the second and final day they finished off the outside of the house “which looks amazing we both agreed”. They then installed the brackets for the outside unit and lifted the large condenser unit on to them, they carried out pressure testes, evacuated any air out of the system sealed and charged. They tested the system in each room, showed us how the system worked and that was it “no more baking in the hot summer heat”.

One would think really with all of the work carried out that the engineers would have been quite obtrusive but in fact it was quite the opposite. They just got on with the job in hand.

Whenever they needed to interact with us they were always careful to wear face masks.

I cannot thank UK Energy Services enough. As I said earlier their commitment to customer care (experience) is exemplary, they treated us with respect as people (not numbers on a balance sheet). One could see that they cared by the quality of service they gave and the warm friendly staff that they employ, nothing was too much trouble.

UK Energy services were very quick, clean and efficient when installing my air con unit. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and followed up with an email to make sure I was satisfied. So all round a good job.

Having dealt with numerous contractors over the years, I am delighted to say that the customer service, attention to detail and actual installation provided by UK Energy Services was truly outstanding.
As my property is a very modern “lodge”, I had some exacting requirements regarding the aesthetics both internally and externally. The air conditioning units needed to compliment the interior and I did not want any electrics or pipe work spoiling my landscaped exterior space.
With the very first contact by Nick and then a further visit accompanied by Richard to qualify the unique installation requirements, I felt confident that my brief would be met.
The service was extremely consultative, Nick provided a variety of unit options based on my requirements, the quotes were competitive and there was never any “hard sale”
The only glitch were supply chain issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and a consequent delay in sourcing the units I had decided were perfect. However, Nick kept me regularly updated and provided a revised installation date as soon as the 3 unit multi-system was available.
The actual installation was stress free, with Richard and Jason heading-up a team who were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely tidy: I never saw any mess! All the guys involved were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking air-conditioning.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Nick was quick to arrange an initial survey of the house and tirelessly worked with us to find a cost effective solution to meet our specific needs; resulting in a 3 unit multi system. He kept on top of suppliers and made sure that the delivery of equipment arrived at a mutually convenient time.
On the day of installation Nick was present to make sure his team and I were happy.
The installation team led by Adam and Billy were highly professional, produced an exceptionally neat job and cleared away all the packaging leaving me completely ready to endure the next heatwave :)

My wife and I had air-conditioning put into three rooms, running off one condenser outside.

Nick Ballard responded VERY quickly to my initial online enquiry and within three days had visited to discuss our requirements, with a quotation the following day.

I subsequently raised a number of questions regarding some of the ‘finer detail’ and all were answered quickly.

The initial intention had been for just two indoor units but, at the last minute, we added the third. Not a problem!

The job ended-up taking three days, due to the complexities of one of the pipe-runs but we were not really inconvenienced.

Installation was efficient and very tidy, the fitters (Billy and Rob) using a hoover to minimise the dust and debris as they drilled through the block and brick walls.

They, and Jason, the Installation Manager who came to help part-way through, were the most polite and pleasant people to deal with, as has been Nick.

From our experience, we would happily recommend this company.

Had our air con fitted in our bedroom a few days after being given a very reasonable quote. The whole team were brilliant to deal with and the whole experience was stress free and easy on the day of installation.

From start to finish, we were very impressed with the service we received. Why did we go with this company? There were 4 main factors in this decision:

3. The quality of the products they use - well known and established brands.

I was concerned that having a 3 storey home would be problematic, but they assured me that it was actually very straightforward.

Our daughters’ rooms are south facing at the top of a 3 storey house and the heat was oppressive, generally being about 24/25 degrees, or over 30 degrees on particularly warm days. Since having the units installed they’ve slept so much better and it’s so refreshing going into their rooms.

Great service received from Nick and the installation team. We were taken through various options on the phone, and then a site visit was completed to decide what was best for us. Installation was completed a couple of weeks later and we were very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and workmanship shown throughout.

Nick Ballard gave us a very good price and advice on which units to have for our air conditioning units and was able to source them despite the corona virus affecting the supply chain. Jason and Adam worked exceedingly well to install the air con units to 5 rooms in 3 days. Jason and Adam were really helpful as they worked around my need for peace and quiet whilst on doing online meetings for work. They also explained what they were doing and were very friendly and a delight to have around the house. They were careful to clean up after themselves and nothing was too much effort for them. Quick and friendly service helped me choose the right AC for my needs and booked me in fast. For the installation, they went above and beyond. Everything was installed professionally and looks great. The installer was very friendly and left the space better than he found it, cleaning up all dust from the installation and installing good ducting to cover up the pipes and cabling required. You could really tell they take pride in their work.

Having decided that we needed air-conditioning in our bedroom and my home office, i approached two companies for quotes. I decided on UK Energy Services as they responded very promptly and professionally plus their price was good. Having now had the installation I can highly recommend their service.
