I didn't know what you would charge me until after I had finished and my credit card showed the almost 300 Euros it cost for me and the same for my wife. Other online ETA costs just 26 Euros, but the... See more

Wow… this is what I was charged:
Government Fee: EUR 23.85
Processing Service Fee: EUR 99.0
Total Charged: EUR 118.85
This wasn’t displayed anywhere else on the website. I have tried asking for a refund, but the support don’t answer my message clearly.

Careful — this is a scam website.
I applied for an ETA visa through “UK ETA Online Application” on 30th March and paid £94, only to realise 30 minutes later that they were not the official government website.
I then applied myself through the official UK ETA website (gov.uk) for £16 and received my ETA within 30 minutes.
I requested a refund from UK ETA Online on 30th March and again on 1st April, but they ignored my requests.
They later somehow accessed my application on 7th of April (for the application I've previously submitted myself), and falsely claimed they completed it, and charged me £94 for something I did myself.
Be careful — this is a scam.

Absolute disgrace. They suddenly charge a 99 euro fee for service which is exactly the same service as the official .gov does. It says no hidden cost but this is never revealed until you're about to pay. Sadly, I saw it after I confirmed payment. I have just ordered a refund. You should be ashamed of this and change it what the hell is a 99 euro service? Are we insane?

Fraud!
Added "service fee" 99 euros.
Transaction is confirmed automatically! Be aware!
You get nothing!

0/10, scam website. They're claiming on their website that they have "no hidden costs" but then charge you 100 USD extra per person. The website says one cost, and then a completely different amount of money shows up when you are about to approve the transaction. Of course I did not approve, but they took my money anyway. Which is illegal. And no answer from their "customer service". Complete scam.

They intended to charge a $130 fee instead of £16. It's outrageous this website comes first in the search results

Yes, I had to pay 216 euro for fast service but it was my fault. And I did it 10 minutes before my drop bag. So it was soo good fast jobb :)

First I get an approval. Then I’m told to start all over again. And so on and on and on. I think, it’s the old song about the middle man again. Somebody is trying to steal money. Rotten system

This website initially gave me a very negative experience. While they charge the standard ETA fee (which is perfectly normal), they also added a significantly inflated amount without clear warning until the moment of payment.
In my case, I was charged €247 — a completely disproportionate and unjustified fee, which felt extremely misleading and raised serious concerns at the time.
However, after contacting them, I have to acknowledge that they did follow through on their word and issued a full refund within the promised timeframe. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue correctly.
That said, I strongly encourage them to improve transparency in their pricing practices. Being clearer about all charges upfront would help avoid confusion, frustration, and potential rejection from future customers.

Very good and prompt service. All done online, which was helpful.
I guess it’ll be tested when I travel to the UK in July of this year.

There was no price information up until the card app was asking for authorisation. I was expecting 19£ (the basic fee stated) and got $138 The fact that it was in dollars also spooked me. There should be a final info check on the bill on your oficial page before the fact.

The website was user friendly and easy to navigate with clear instructions. The approval was also very quick.

Easy and fast. I had a problem, but they promptly helped me and resolved it within a week.
