Couldn't you clearly state: hey, this needs to be changed / reuploaded?

Beware of hidden fees

This site takes advantage of distracted and unaware people. You starr the process always with the indication that the ETA will cost around 23€. Every step of the process shows that amount as the amount to pay, so when you arrive to the payment, you expect to pay that, but no... you need to scroll to the end of the page to see that in reality they will charge you another 99€ on top of the normal fee that you would pay if using the government site. On top of that I have no idea what they will do with my photo and passpprt. I got tricked into this, but hopefully this review will prevent others from being tricked as well.
PS. I did this whole process for my wife, so it's normal that you will not find my name in your records.

I ordered a visa for the UK

I ordered a visa for the UK, paid 122.35 euros, never received a confirmation email, never received an email that my visa had been processed. I immediately requested to cancel my visa application, but received no response from UK ETA online. The excessive fees they charge have been deducted from my credit card. All of this seems like fraud.

UK ETA online has charged my credit card but no visum recieved, I have send them a message again

Beware of hidden costs

Beware of hidden costs! I applied for—or wanted to apply for—an UK ETA and agreed that the provider would deduct 23 euros from me. However, an additional 99 euros were deducted. I was neither aware of these hidden costs nor did I consent to these charges.
They now charged me with 122€ for an ETA worth 23 €.

The bad: hidden cost, the good: quick refund

The bad:
They advertised a UK ETA for euro 24, then when I applied and wanted to pay they charge $143
There is a hidden charge of $99 for processing,
When I press cancel, they charged my card anyway.

The good:
when I wrote a mail in contact form, I get refund in 5 minutes, Great service

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSIDE

My 18-year-old son has planned his first trip and holiday on his own—to England. He wanted to apply for a visa himself. During the process, he was charged fees that were not clearly visible at any point. He has also been charged twice, even though he has only received one email and one receipt.

He has now lost all the money he was supposed to use for his first holiday. There is no help to be found in customer service. He is requesting a refund—for both charges!!!!!

He has already contacted you himself.

If this results in my son being scammed, you can expect me to contact you every day and leave reviews wherever possible.

I hope for a quick response and proper customer service???

Be aware of extra fees!!!!

Wow… this is what I was charged:

Government Fee: EUR 23.85
Processing Service Fee: EUR 99.0
Total Charged: EUR 118.85

This wasn’t displayed anywhere else on the website. I have tried asking for a refund, but the support don’t answer my message clearly.
