What was really great was the speed at…

What was really great was the speed at which we received the approval.

However what was not good was the fact the website said the fee was 20 pounds UK and while I used a UK debit card with TSB, I was charged 103 poundsUK!
Do not understand this. The 20 pounds seeed reasonable as a Canadian friend of mine paid 10 pounds last year so 20 at this time seemed OK!

Misleading Pricing and Hidden Fees

The website looks like an official UK ETA application page, but the extremely high processing fees were not clearly disclosed during checkout. We only realized after payment that we had been charged almost 360 USD for 3 ETAs. Refund request was refused. Very misleading experience.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Despite paying €623.69, I received no ETA, no documents, and no confirmation. Communication was also problematic. I had to report the issue to my bank.

Please be careful and check exactly who you are paying before making any payments.
