They had a special gig bag I'd been searching for, and had it at a really good price, also when the courier messed up the delivery they chased it up and still got it to me in time. The bag is great quality, perfect for my baritone uke, and I had it when I really needed it, thanks to the guys. Much appreciated!

I brought a Kala concert Uke it was from the sparkle series and my second Kala Uke. This small business was exceptional. From first ordering to delivery they kept me very much updated and my Uke arrived with great care and well boxed. In comparison the price I paid was excellent. Ordered a ukulele and realised after a few days that I had not had a notification of sending. Contacted ukeuniverse. The ukulele I had ordered was unavailable but I was sent lots of advice and options for alternatives and offered a refund. Despite opting for a slightly more expensive ukulele, they did not charge me any extra.

Was very pleased to find your website. I bought an inexpensive, Mahalo, concert uke and it's fabulous value for money and plays well for a beginner. And the colour is cool! The delivery was fast too, ordered on Tuesday afternoon, received Thursday midday.

If uke becomes my thing and I feel a need for another I'll certainly be back as you do things how they should be done, a great assortment of products on offer, fair price and prompt delivery. Yay!

Bought a Uke case for my wife. I'm happy with the ease of ordering, price and speed of delivery. She's delighted with the style and quality.

I received a Flight Sophia Ukelele on October 17th after some helpful advice from Josh on my choice. There was a slight delay in delivery but it was soon kindly resolved and I am very pleased with the instrument. It has an inbuilt amp which gives me a good range of 'sound character' to suit various kinds of music. I have received a 12 month guarantee with best wishes from Ukeuniverse.

I happened to order an item that was out of stock. They contacted me to help me select a new item and gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

After ordering an item which I later found out was out of stock, an alternative was suggested and was delivered two days later. I'm really pleased with it, and Uke Universe even put in a couple of extras! Excellent service, I would recommend them.

Electro-acoustic uke sold to me as new, but it appeared not to be so. The box didn't contain the Kala gigbag with which it should have been supplied; the box was not the original box (it was marked for a different model); both batteries were flat (and had to be replaced at my cost).
Courier left parcel outside and didn't put a note through my door to advise me that the parcel had been delivered and where it was. I found it by chance 2 days after it had been delivered during which time it had rained heavily. I e-mailed UU about this and requested an interim partial refund. I received a phone call a few days later. The outcome was that UU would call me again during the following week to find out if any damage had become apparent as the uke dried out. No such phone call was received until today shortly after I'd published an earlier damning review.
However, UU agreed to pay the requested £60 partial refund and apologised for its mistake. I was pleased to receive both and was ultimately a satisfied customer.

Emailed to ask if a Flight ukulele was in stock before placing order online. Advised by very friendly staff on a Sunday evening when ukulele would be in stock and when expected delivery date would be to me. Placed order online and delivered to me on exact date as advised! Cannot recommend Uke Universe enough, will be using again in the future.

Lots of helpful advice ( actually on buying a mandolin, not a ukulele) and quick delivery, quality instrument at a great price. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend them.
