Hat is oké

Very late delivery
When i ordered it said it would take upto 14 business days, but my package came about 5 weeks after I ordered. I haven’t gotten a compensation or my money back. In the package was no card or anything just the hat. There was nothing wrong with the hat itself it looked beautiful

Scam.
I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. Customer service is slow and vague. Assured 3 separate times that my order would be sent within 24h and they still have not. I think this is a scam. Avoid

The product which was ordered mentioned that the item would take 2-4 weeks to order and on multiple occasions it was ensured that the item would arrive and eventually did.
We do understand that it can be frustrating waiting this long however to ensure that our customers recieve the highest quality hats, this wait time is necessary as the hats need to be imported and passed through a quality check.
We love working with customers so it’s a shame you did not get to experience the great service we have to offer, just as our hundreds of other customers do.

Hi Caroline,
I can assure you all our hats are authenticated upon arrival before being shipped out, it is common for New Era hats to have different materials (Wool, Polyester, Cotton) as they have more than one factory hence the two different materials in the hats! Please reconsider your review with us.
