before placing order, I phoned them and asked about delivery of a product as we was desperate for it, was told if I placed the order we would definitely receive it the next day, I then proceeded to place the order online no longer than 10 minutes after the phone call, and paid £30 shipping, which was a bit expensive for a tub of glue. the following day came and I had not seen any deliver notification so called up again to find out tracking information, to then be told the item would be dispatched from elsewhere and they dont actually hold the stock. I sent them an email to say that I was disappointed in this service as they did not keep to their word and have not had any response as of yet
would not recommend dealing with this company.

We discovered UK Flooring Supplies on line a few years ago and have ordered all of our LVT from them since. The service is second to none. Kylie is happy to supply samples in a really helpful format so we can keep them for reference, so you get colour matches just right, the personal touch by email is also appreciated. The turn around is quick and their large choice of items delivered in a few days by a friendly, helpful driver. We have a group of care homes here in Plymouth, we use LVT instead of lino, costs more but it lasts forever. I highly recommend this company.

We're covering old T&G (floating) flooring with 6mm ply panels before laying Amtico and needed something to effectively bond the ply first. Using Styccobond F3 was an excellent choice combined with 25mm ring shank nails at 150mm centres & the floor is now smooth, solid and without movement. UK Flooring don't sell to domestic but they supplied a local (trade) agent in Manchester for me to pick up and the overall service was first class!

Originally had a problem with them being able to deliver to rural West Wales but they found a solution and it got delivered next day from a South Wales distributor, excellent service, recommended. The price of the Altro flooring was competitive and came in one of cheapest of the few distributors out there.

Used first time and would definitely use them again for my carpets.
Got a sheet carpet at a very competitive price and the process of order and delivery was very efficient with a very helpful assistant Kylie online with fast response times to any queries.

Paid for a large order of flooring compound on Friday night - processed Monday morning with delivery day 2 days later.
Fast and helpful communication regarding delivery times. We're in a remote location with tricky access for large vehicles.
Delivery through a 3rd party - Central Flooring - driver was an absolute star, calling us when 20 minutes away and arriving on time. No tail lift on the truck but he unloaded 1113kg of compound and even helped us get it down the drive.
100% recommended.
