Ordered a product to be told wasnt in stock a few days before delivery was due, fair enough changed colour to one thats in stock, a few days later i get notification of out of stock. Had to mess customer around several times giving a very unprofessional appeal.

Ordered cushion floor and safety flooring on line. Very good price for the flooring. Being able to collect locally in Surrey saved a lot on delivery charges. Collection of completed order from the warehouse was straightforward. Excellent service.

Excellent process throughout from selecting and ordering the LVT flooring via the website, through the email communication and delivery process - which was very efficient. So flooring stacked in the lounge now acclimatising to the temperature ready for installation.
P.S. Polyflor camaro loc butternut oak looks great and at such a good price.

Quick supply of ardex
Got some Artidex Na and ardex dpm from them. Best price including delivery was from them. Quickly delivered. This was solve a old concrete floor with floorboards sat on bitumen. Some of the boards we're starting to rot where nails were rusting.
