I asked for 3 free samples to decide which flooring I wanted. Three weeks later, I have still not received them. I have ordered and had delivered flooring elsewhere.

Little bit of a rocky start to my order…
Little bit of a rocky start to my order in that no samples were sent when ordered and had to ask again. The samples arrived and choice of carpet tiles offered was good, once we had decided on the tile we were then disappointed that no split square metres were sold, we wanted 9 square metres and they only come in boxes of 4 square metres. So we ordered 2 boxes giving 8 square metres. Pleased with the prompt delivery and also the quality of the carpet tiles. I am very delighted with floor and would use this company again, but I do suggest planning the layout before having to buy any extra box if you just need 1 square metre extra, we planned well with the 2 boxes and had some tiles left over!

First time using this company so was…
First time using this company so was cautiously optimistic. Emailed to check stock levels/availability of what i wanted prior to ordering. Quick response with all details i needed including delivery date. Placed order on their site, easy process, price was really competitive, floor arrived on date specified prior to ordering. My only small suggestion for improvement here is giving a call/email when driver is en-route with an approximate timeframe (something i did ask for on my order notes to ensure i was home, but unfortunately it didnt happen). Other than that, would highly recomend
