Ordered some vinyl which was a full roll and a cut it was the wrong vinyl spoke to someone and they said I could reorder and return the wrong one. Everything is done by email they told me I couldn’t return the vinyl because it was cut but they should be able to refund the full roll which is not cut

I believe there was some initial confusion with your request to return the vinyl you ordered, however you have since been contacted and collection of the full roll of vinyl has been arranged for you. As mentioned and as also stated on our terms and conditions page we can arrange returns of full rolls of vinyl and carpet, however we cannot accept returns of cut pieces and returns can be subject to a restocking fee.
