We bought some really heavy large oak bedroom furniture marketed as Waring and Gillow. The communications regarding delivery were spot on and the delivery chap was really helpful with great attitude. I would be happy to buy off these guys again.

I ordered bedroom furniture, I was given a date and morning or afternoon slot, and it come when it said. Would definitely use this company again as the furniture was to tha exact description and is solid. Very pleased.

I have been looking for a large free-standing mirror on and off for the last 2 years and no one had it.

I was impressed to see uk furniture direct had the exact dimensions I needed.

It was delivered on time and well wrapped too, the courier company gave me a time slot and stuck to it too.

We are really pleased with our beautiful console table with wicker baskets. It is perfect for toy storagw as planned.
The delivery of the item was rapid with very efficient and polite communication at all times.

The filing cabinet is beautiful, service good, and delivery driver friendly.
There was no information on suspension file size though, and the answer to my query was wrong.
I bought A4 files online; these are too small; I assume foolscap would have been correct??

All arrived with no breakages. Originally set out to order a bulk purchase from these guys however ended up ordering from 3 different suppliers including ukfd due to delivery times. Would be a 5*+ if they could keep up with the competition in that respect. Dues where they are due however, packaging was the best out off all 3 companies and it could just be that, but the build/finish also seemed ever so slightly better too. Would order again.. However.. As with this order, time would be the only reason I'd consider shopping elsewhere. The UK currently moves to fast for something as small as delivery to be a cause for you to slow you down. Goods came within the week I'd taken off.. Which was better than the possibility they could have came the following week when I wouldn't have been around. Many thanks Ukfd team.

I bought a wardrobe and bedside table for my son's bedroom. The quality of both was pretty poor. The paintwork is uneven, one of the doors on the wardrobe is warped slightly and none of the holes matched up. We finally got each of the units up and they look decent enough but on closer inspection they are pretty poor in quality. I could send them back but they took so much effort to put up, to send them back would cause chaos. All in all I'm pretty disappointed.

I found the staff very helpful during the ordering process. They helped to schedule delivery when it was convenient for me. Unfortunately some pieces got damaged during transit, but they replaced the parts free of charge very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a sideboard and coffee table & was told that I'd have to wait 3 weeks until I'd receive them, seemed a long time to me as I'd ordered other pieces of furniture from this range from another supplier as could get it cheaper and that arrived within 5 days. Upon receipt of the furniture, the box was ripped open and my furniture was exposed but was told to check and it seemed fine. We were missing the silver shelf supports for the sideboard which was a pain but overall the furniture was good. Wish we'd bought the entire collection from this company as the other supplier have been horrendous and have kept sending me damaged wood & they seem a very budget firm to deal with so I'd recommend this company but you may have to wait a while for delivery & have to buy your own shelf supports!! Delivery driver was a star too :-)

Bedroom set ordered on 8th Dec, with 7-10 day delivery quoted. Was out for delivery on 23rd Dec, I took afternoon off work and it then got cancelled as the delivery driver had apparently been taken ill. Rescheduled for 27th Dec which was disappointing as furniture was intended for a Childs Christmas present. Waited in on 27th and it didn't arrive, not even a telephone call! Company had then closed for new year and upon reopening on 5th Jan they promised to deliver before the end of the week. The following day they called to say it would be the week after. Needless to say I cancelled the order and bought from another company. Definitely wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole!

FOUR WEEKS after ordering some wardrobes, I am still waiting!!

Each time I call to chase I am told someone will call back, and they never do!! The last I heard was that the courier who is down to deliver my wardrobes hasn't even booked me delivery slot in and therefore they can't even tell me when I can expect to receive them. I am almost 10 months pregnant, due any day now and I have not got any wardrobes for my nursery. The service is one of the worst I have experienced.

For your own sanity - STAY AWAY

Really nice quality furniture and promptly delivered! Only thing was they could've done with 2 guys to deliver. It was quite a job getting the chest of drawers upstairs.
I would buy from them again.

Order was messed up twice when placed, information on website regarding amount of stock was incorrect, got my name and address wrong, delivery took two months with much calling and emailing on my behalf, complete lack of communication from suppliers or couriers, cut holiday short to take delivery and it still didn't turn up correctly, then two items turned up when only one was missing, no one accepted responsibility for the mess-up l and have not received an apology as yet.

Excellent wardrobe great price but delivery was delayed twice and took 4 weeks to arrive.

The service was First class and a pleasure to deal with. Only reason for not 5 star was due to a fault tiny fault with the draw handle. Which the company replaced quickly and without hassle.
