Ordered online, no issues with this. All 4 items dispatched within delivery timeframes and the courier allocated a 3 hour delivery slot, so didn't have to wait around all day. The items are excellent quality and so far have been easy to build with clear instructions. Best price on the Internet.

I have used this company several times now to build our collection of Corona pine furniture pieces. I can recommend this company, they are very helpful with any queries you have, they exchanged a damaged part of a flat pack wardrobe I bought with no problems whatsoever and were very helpful. Their delivery service that is used is also really friendly and will deliver at your convenience rather than theirs.

I can't fault this company and will be using again to complete our range of Corona pine furniture. Probably one of the best online companies that I have dealt with.

I ordered the Standard Oak 3 door sideboard, which was considerably cheaper than on a competitor's website, we're very pleased with it and in fact have ordered another item from the same range. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. However, on the website it said it came 'fully assembled', which was not correct, as the shelves were packed separately and had to be installed in the cupboard in a certain way (no instructions provided), and the handles were screwed to the inside of the drawers and cupboards and had to be unwrapped, unscrewed and screwed in on the correct side. This was understandable, as it minimised the risk of damage during transit, but it should say 'some assembly required'. I emailed the company about this and was told it would be changed on the website, but three weeks later is hasn't been, it still says 'fully assembled', and I notice other reviewers have mentioned this so obviously it isn't just this item that's wrongly described. How difficult can it be to change one line in the description? Also, most items show just one photo, for example there are no images showing the insides of cupboard/drawers, or close-ups of the wooden trims, etc. Had I not been able to look at the sideboard on another website, where there were several pictures, I wouldn't have bought it as there is insufficient information and the company charges £25 for returns. I mentioned this in my email as well but as yet nothing has changed there either.

Product as exactly as described - good quality and heavy. Price was cheaper on this site compared to others I found.
Was told it would come fully assembled but was in 3 pieces - thankfully my husband got somebody to put together as the pieces were heavy - misleading though.
Had to email regarding delivery as was told to expect a phone call which didn't arrive. Delivery was speedy after the chasing.
Had small scratch on product that I've decided to live with but think they should check products before they go out of the warehouse as this wasn't done in delivery as it was well packed.

Not the best looking website but don't be put off. It is user-friendly, the prices are competitive and the product is great.

Decent product but a dowel was missing, one of the coach screw threads was completely obliterated and therefore couldn't be used and a few of the decorative plate nails wouldn't fit into the stanchions. This is for a delivery of 3 units though.

Besides that generally a good product.

We ordered the furniture online and received without problems. However when we opened it we discover the quality of the furniture was very poor. We received two the same doors to our wardrobe (two right doors) and my husband had to adjust it to fit. It doesn't look great anyway. The door are not straight as well. The screws were missing from the packs, wholes were in wrong places.
I will not recommend it to anyone.

Pruce wasnthe cheapest we could find for this particular item (Charles Wardrobe). Pre-delivery I had some questions and got one excellent ansansanswer and one poor answer. Quality of thw product is prettympoor, butbthe it was very cheap so I qasn't expecting it to be amazing.

Ordered a oak dining table. Delivered a week after ordering, had a 3 hour window. Delivery man was lovely, phoned to say he would be a bit late but arrived as promised. Oak table looks great very good quality. Will purchase from uk furniture direct again. Can definitely recommend. Many thanks.

We were delighted with the quality manufacture and finish of the small Oak sideboard from UK Furniture Direct. We ordered by phone via a helpful and efficient colleague and received regular updates about delivery. The furniture is lovely and we would be happy to recommend without reservation. We will certainly by making further purchases.

I purchased a Charles 4 door 2 drawer mirrored wardrobe. Unfortunately the online order process failed but somebody from sales rang me and we completed the order over the phone with no problems. The delivery company emailed and sent a text to confirm a morning delivery on the day specified and turned up well on time. Was a heavy delivery, (3 packages), but driver was helpful and polite. Wardrobe was easy to put together and is a lovely solid piece of furniture, especially considering the competetive price. All in all, a very satisfactory experience and despite some poor reviews on here I would recommend you give them a try.

Working in the mail order business myself I understand that things can go wrong. When things do you wrong however it gives a mail order company a chance to shine, exceed expectations and receive 5 stars. UKFD completely and epicly failed in all respects.

I purchased a Birlea 6 chested drawer. It arrived some what on time after meeting the courier in person to direct him to my property.

I opened the package and started to screw on the handles on the left handside. Things were going well. I then started on the right hand side and this is where things started to go down hill. The bottom right drawer was damaged and falling off. The middle drawer wouldn't even open. It looked like it had been glued in place.

Contacting the company and sending in pictures of the fault I requested a replacement. Conor, the chap I spoke to, could not advise when this would take place so I decided on a refund.

Once my item was picked up I had no further correspondance from the company. No apology, no alternative, no nothing. I had to make contact myself to keep informed about what was happening. All in all it has taken 10 working days for my refund to reach my account when I was initially advised of 3-5 working days.

Customer service is appauling and the company should be ashamed of itself. They had an oppurtunity to shine and exceed my expectation and failed miserably.

I would advise anyone thinking about using this company because of their cheapsih prices to go else where and pay that little bit extra.

Information received stated delivery period of 7-10 working days from order.
Actual delivery 12 working days from order, only to arrive with 4 parts missing from the table.
Am unable to give review of product as we are unable to use it.
Furthermore a dinner planned for visiting relatives had to be cancelled and we were forced to eat out at great inconvenience and expense due to not having a table to eat from

I ordered a wardrobe and draws and they were delivered fairly quickly. Unfortunately one of the wardrobe doors was damaged. No problems getting a replacement out and the young boy dealing with it was very helpful. Its a shame as iv downgraded my review due to the delivery firm they use as it was 3 weeks before they could deliver my door where it only took 10days for the original order. Also the delivery company were not as helpful or accommodating. The furniture is easy to put together I'm a female in my early 20's, If I can do it I'm sure everyone can and its of good quality for the price. I would recommend it.
