Got quality products, good delivery - I was able because of the short delivery estimation slot to find someone to wait in to receive. There were some missing accessories, but these were sent promptly.

Looked for days online for a sideboard. Finally found one so looked for the best price. uk furniture direct blew the other sellers out of the water, I saved hundreds of pounds.
The customer service is excellent: request a call back and you don't wait long at all before they ring and answer your query.
The sideboard was delivered precisely when I was told and the delivery man was really friendly and helpful.
The sideboard was extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It is really solid and well made and looks absolutely beautiful.
I would highly recommend this company and will look here first for future purchases.

After a miscommunication around delivery, the company were exceptional in their service recovery. I cannot fault the staff for their customer service, and the price i paid was cheaper than anywhere else online. I've given them 5 stars as I would recommend them.

The products were as expected and no issues with them. Cabin bed, mattress and bed side draws ordered. The delivery information did not state that it would be coming in 2 separate deliveries. I contacted the company via email and telephone and always got a quick response.

Great product. Bed is good quality and was well packaged. Delivery was fast and efficient with good communication.

Wrong size bed was sent (6ft instead of 5ft ordered) however we didn't notice until assembled so decided to keep although meant we had to return mattress, duvet and bed covers which had been purchased and pay extra for the bigger sizes of everything.

Very happy with bed though so no complaints.

I brought the baltic dressing table with stool. The parcle arrived undamaged and the box really secure as the cardboard flaps were celetaped,glued down so the package carnt open in transit,the wood was protected inside the box also.
Good quality solid wood with wooden runners for the draws. No parts were missing (cushion doesnt come with the stool though as it looks in the picture).
The dressing table was easy to assemble with the instruction booklet it comes with in the box. Delivery was a full 10 days but it arrived spot on inbetween the time frame given and the delivery driver updates you by phone if he may be running late because of the motor way ect.
The ukfurnituredirect people are lovely to speak to over the phone and made me feel secure about my purchase i made. But on ukfurnituredirect they need to put delivery estimates on the product pages as i had to ring up to find out.
Overall excellent service, competative prices, cared for products, and i will surely be happy to purchase again from this company.

This was the first time that I ordered from this company. I was pleasant surprised on a number of counts: 1) The communication following purchase was good; 2) the delivery date was fixed in advance and options were given including a weekend delivery; 3) the delivery happened within the time window given; 4) the items in 3 x boxes arrived undamaged; 5) price was competitive. For once, I don't need to contact the company to arrange a return of damaged goods. Such a relief! I will definitely consider this company again for furniture items

Needed an "emergency chair" for Christmas Day. What arrived was a beautifully designed and built piece of furniture which will enjoy year round presence in our home. The customer service was excellent and my enquirys were dealt with immediately and professionally. The chair arrived exactly when they said it would. Excellent product really sturdy for price. Delivery good delivery man very helpful . One negative comment it states you can put furniture together in about 20 to 30 minutes it took us nearly 5 hours although I did purchase 2 .Overall good price for quality product would recommend

Ordered a 4 door wardrobe after comparing prices on other websites and this one was the best. Delivery was easy; driver was very helpful and amenable. Assembly took some time but worth it in the end and the finished product looks and feels good quality.
