Won't answer phone. Received a bean bag cornhole.set and its damaged. I'm expected to pay return postage. Not happening.

Do not buy from these!
Although I received my items I had to send them back but received no refund, no answer to messages (when I finally found an avenue to contact them on)
They trade under multiple names too including Simpabuy.

Sent wrong item, returned it to seller said refund would be awarded but refused to reimburse £10.25 postage

If I could give less than one star I would.

They have sent a damaged item in a battered box. OK - it may be the courier's fault, or it may be the seller's fault, but either way, it is the seller's obligation to resolve. However, they are not answering the telephone and they are not responding to emails (yes, plural!), which leaves me with an unusable item, no way of getting it collected, and no way of obtaining a refund.

MY ADVICE: FIND A MORE REPUTABLE SELLER - ONE THAT HAS AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.

Ordered a patio furniture set from this company via Amazon. Was told it would be delivered last Thursday, didn’t come. Was then told it by Amazon it would be delivered on the following Monday, didn’t come.
Tired to get in touch with Anything4home directly. The phone is constantly on voicemail and even if you leave a message or email them they do not get back to you,
Avoid this company at all costs !

I ordered plant pots on 5th April. They did not arrive. It seems that I have been refunded for part of the order but not for 2 items. I am trying to contact the seller via Amazon, but they are just not user friendly and I cannot get through to explain my problem. My advice is DO NOT buy from this company. Amazon is not helpful, just push you off to the seller, who does not respond. This company owes me £12.99!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID!! ITEM SAYS IN STOCK FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND I WHEN I CHASED THIS 3 WEEKS LATER I RAND ENDLESS TIMES AND EMAILED AND NOTHING AT ALL ... FINALLY GOT HOLD OF A RUDE YOUNG LADY WHO TOLD ME THEY ARE VERY BUSY SELLING TO AMAZON & B&Q!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... BEWARE AS THEY TRADE UNDER THE NAME OF 'SIMPA' TOO!

Although item delivered quickly, sadly can't say the same for refunding me.
Don't recommend using this company if you want your money back.

I purchased HDX Painters Tape 6PC Contractors Pack 48mm (W) x 54.86m (L) Product code : 5059331208079 Sold by :Anything 4 Home Ltd from B&Qs website. A complete waste of £9.99 - the product is awful, it doesn't stick to anything all it does is come away. I have raised a complaint with B&Q as it was purchased on their website.

I bought a storage unit which arrived broken. They did not respond to four emails and the advertised telephone number went straight to voivemail and they did not respond to messages. In the end I recovered my money through charge back as they simply do not respond. Do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful products and has taken me almost three months to get a refund for a product delivered broken. No contact details that work. B and Q SHOULD NOT HAVE THEM AS VERIFIED SELLERS.

Ordered 6 cocktail glasses 4 were broken in pieces, not surprised as no packaging in their boxes, no divider or wrapping, have tried to get in touch with them through Amazon where I bought them from, no response of any kind, never buy anything from this company 😡

Never use these on wowcher again orderd 27 litre ratten plant pots got 17 litre plastic ones lies about his stuff he sells be cautious ⚠️ 🙄

Wrong item sent. I ordered from Amazon, but was delivered by DPD. I am expected to print my own return label AND pay for postage. Its a large item so won't be cheap and I know I won't be refunded. To try and do anything via Amazon messaging service is downright impossible!

No communication since order was placed . Still waiting for delivery a week later and no tracking would not buy from here again

Item returned 3 weeks ago as was found to not be suitable, no response or acknowledgment at all. Still waiting for some kind of contact, let alone a refund. Amazon will not let me post my revue, but I would advise everyone to keep clear of this company, they obviously don't care and have no customer service at all. Reading other revues I don't seem to be the only one.

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The wrong boxes were sent but mistakes happen and can be remedied. Not by this company. Messages sent via Amazon take days to be replied to. I have received one email response despite sending nine - and the reply was brief and unhelpful. I have called 37 times and not once has the phone been answered. Voicemails are not returned. Eventually a refund was promised last Friday but a week later Anythingforhome have still not refunded me.
