I ordered a play tray with stand from them off Amazon. One of the base pieces was broken. I messaged nicely straight away to ask for a new piece to be sent. Ignored. I then begged for this piece as my Son really wants to play with this. Ignored. All messages for almost 2 weeks ignored. Tried to report to Amazon but can’t because’the conversation is open’ so that is how they get away with it. £40 in the bin !

Their address is not listed with Post Office, so do not accept their post labels which you have to pay for . I googled phone number , rang them , a man answers phone, then call is overidded by his answer machine.
I am still trying to get a refund 8 days after a product arrived damaged.
Keep away from this company & Do not buy their products.

Waste Bin, ordered via Amazon, arrived 8 days later than stated when order placed. Packaging torn and bin severely dented. Delivery refused because of unacceptable condition.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Item not sent. Had to threaten Trading Standards before item was even dispatched 2 WEEKS AFTER PAYMENT! Very VERY stressful experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. spend an extra few pounds and buy of a B & Q as they stock the same items. Less stress and you know you can go into a store if you need to.

Ordered large mystery box from this company through Wowcher to be told delivery on 2nd of April then and dispatched via DPD UK on contact with said courier they haven't even received parcel so now unsure when I'll receive it they don't even answer phones or emails

Absolutely shocking - avoid at all costs.

They delivered the wrong item to me which I didn't accept and they are refusing to send me the correct item or give me a refund, leaving me out of pocket.

They don't pick up the phone or answer questions via message.

Terrible that B&Q allow them to trade as a verified seller as they are not a legitimate company.

Scam - do not purchase from this company!

DO NOT BUY anything from them. Fake business, fake website. Take your money but never send you your items. When you try to contact they don't respond to anything. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I had ordered an item for my son that was out of stock on amazon but here they appeared to have it. Purchased and paid online, all went quickly. A few days later it stated that order was shipped so I thought perfect. Only for the status to never update. Found out which courier they supposedly used and after many unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with Anything4Home I contacted the courier who could inform me that Anything4Home had only created a shipping label. They never actually arranged for items to be picked up and the lady I spoke to even said she had seen it before with this exact same business. They create a shipping label online, pretending to send your item and as soon as they create the shipping label their system marks it as shipped. So when you try to question it they can say well it says its been shipped so its out of their hands. Never got my money back because they don't respond.

As there are so many negative reviews of this company I felt I had to share my experience which was very positive. Unfortunately the product I ordered arrived damaged. I felt this was down to the courier's rough handling rather than it being shipped already damaged. I ordered through B & Q so had to contact the company via their website. It said I would receive a response within 48 hours which I did. They apologised that the item was damaged and requested photos which I emailed. I dealt with Paulina who was polite and very efficient. Again their response did take another 48 hours, however they offered me a replacement or a refund. As I did not trust the courier I opted for a refund. Within 2 hours the refund had been received. I cannot fault their customer service and they resolved my issue with without any hassle.

Complete waste of money. Do not use them. If you you have a complaint the phone straight to voicemail and they don't get back to you. This is from ab amazon customer.

I had a minor issue with a couple of items on delivery, and Anything 4 Home's response was quite, quite superb. Fast, ethical, friendly and very efficient. It's easy enough when it all goes well but it's when something goes a bit wrong that you really see what a company is made of and these people were just brilliant! Great service, great outcome, very happy customer. Yes I do see some terrible reviews here but I can only conclude that they've recently sorted out their customer service because my experience was fantastic!

Wrong item sent but no response from seller or refund when item was returned.I had to claim the money back via Amazon.I have learnt not just to rely on Amazon reviews and wished I had viewed Trustpilot reviews as well.

The electric blankets I ordered were very poor so returned. I am still waiting for the refund despite sending the return details and talking to a representative on the telephone who told me the return would be done straight away, but sadly a month later and I still have received the refund! Would not use this company again

Incomplete order and they fail to issue refund or provide missing part. Will not communicate - avoid!

Scam company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. no updates,no response from them after repeated contacts, So,DON'T Use them you will regret.

I ordered from this company via B & Q. The product failed to arrive so I notified them that I wanted a refund - three times! I also notified B & Q, at which point Anything4Home emailed me saying they would be sending the product out within 3 - 5 days. Yet again, I wrote saying I wanted a refund. What a terrible company, I will never order from them again.

Contacted manytimes regarding the order placed, no response at all. I clearly doubt about this company. Be careful

Terrible terrible service, I wish there was a 0 stars option. Ordered a box of drinking glasses which all turned up smashed to pieces, possibly not their fault. But then impossible to get hold of despite multiple attempts via e-mail and phone. Only got my money refunded thanks to Amazon. Avoid these scammers

Verified online seller on B and Q not very good. I order 2 bags of gravel and they attempted to deliver once and I was not in so had to contact them via email to arrange a collection date when I would be in. Received delivery today and have only been delivered 1 bag. What a pain. God knows when I will be getting the other bag. Terrible service. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot, but thought no issues as a verified seller on B and Q, I was wrong.

Avoid avoid avoid…This is the worst online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have ordered £50 worth of product and they have not delivered it. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions via email and phone they have not responded to any, I feel like they have stolen my money and not provided the product avoid avoid avoid avoid ! I’m reporting to trading standards

Ordered a large 3 drawer unit from them direct. I received a 3 drawer small unit, unfit for the purpose I bought it for. Have called them over a period of 3 days over 70 times and no reply. Have left 5 voicemails - no reply. Have emailed four times and no response. I am now left with a tiny drawer unit that is gathering dust that I cannot use. Do NOT shop with this company.
