Speedy delivery very pleased with chairs just what I wanted at the right price easy to assemble and look great

So the wardrobe arrived a day early with a lovely little note from the delivery driver apologising for this... It actually worked in our favour having it a day early so all good!
We ordered an Ottawa White White Robe With Mirror for our daughters room and when unpackaged and began to assemble, we found that it had two white doors, not one mirrored. I left a message to advise of this but as a weekend there was no answer and I still have not heard back but our daughter thought that the two white doors would look just as good and so put together anyway.
Instructions were very straight forward and did not take too long to assemble (1hour approx). The quality was superb especially for the price - heavy and solid.
Would have given 5* if we would have received the wardrobe that we ordered but despite this, looks very good and she is happy with it which is ultimately the most important thing!

Absolutely delighted with our bedroom furniture, we bought two sets which comprised of a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
The furniture is solid wood, good quality and easy to build together....
I have bought the same furniture for my living room and dining room and they still look amazing after 13 years!
I would recommend buying this furniture to anyone who are looking for beautiful rustic looking furniture.. Absolutely stunning. .thank you.

I have tried over several weeks to purchase a waterproof mattress. I have a 10 year old who has incontinence issues.. long story short, half the companies would not deliver to Northern Ireland. It was my mum who suggested Furniture Direct. I am so glad she did! The mattress is not only waterproof but a high quality mattress for the price (less than £100)

i ordered the corona living room furniture and I am honestly over the moon with it no missing parts no damaged parts being a carpenter/manager my eye for detail and perfection is high I could not fault anything with the items the ordering process and the delivery driver was so helpful and polite he unloaded everything in to the house as I was at work and only my wife there all round top quality items and service at a really affordable price too

I would just like to thank this company for their excellent service. They worked with me to allow the smooth delivery to our holiday let. The furniture is fab, a lot of work putting together as we ordered rather a lot of the Corona dining and bedroom furniture but well worth it. Order was correct no issues at all and brilliant prices! I bought a wardrobe from this company; where do I start??
It arrived late. They only delivered half of it so it couldn't be put together. What I did receive was damaged and cracked. The colour was suppose to be white - it was yellow/cream. Paintwork finish was horrendous. Quality - well it looked like MDF. Trying to send it back was a complete NIGHTMARE. Customer service was terrible. They only would deliver on a Thursday morning (I work full time) so I had to book time off work so someone would collect it. Delivery was suppose to be between 10-1pm and they arrived at 9am and wouldn't wait so I had to get there. DO NOT BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!! I have never been so let down by a company!!!

Our oak mirror is of excellent quality and made very well. Very heavy and looks good in our hallway.

I received the a wardrobe from you over a month ago, when I unpackaged the doors they were found to be be damaged on the bottom corners and scratches on the mirrored door, this must have happened in transit. I was informed by the young lady that new doors would be sent out within a couple of days. I have yet to receive the doors and the expected delivery date for the doors is now in a weeks time should they arrive at all and with hope there not damaged! I know these things can happen but feel that the delay in delivery is substandard and the communication from the store wasn't up to how I think people should be treated. A call from someone higher up than the young lady who takes the calls at front office would at least show someone cared about their customers needs and concerns.The only thing I have received from UK Direct is in how interested you feel my feedback was on your service! On a plus note should I actually get the doors that arrive in good condition the actual product and build quality is very good for the price.

I ordered a wardrobe which got lost with the delivery company at the busy Chistmas time. UK furniture direct dealt professionally with the case and sent me replacement promptly. Thanks Nikita for resolving the issue!
