I ordered the 8 x 10 summerhouse just before the price of wood started to rise. It cost around £300 more than if I had ordered it a month earlier. To be honest it would still be value for money as the quality is fantastic. The delivery was prompt and the two chaps that came to put it up were friendly and efficient. Everything just slotted into place. Highly recommended.

The two guys who came out to erect our ‘Dalbury’ summer house were a credit to your company. Turned up at the mid point of the allotted arrival window and preceded to put in a hard days graft surviving on the tea and biscuits offered them alone it seemed.
It turned out to be an ‘April Showers’ kind of day with dark black clouds arriving above with beautiful blue skies either side but despite all that ‘rain stopped play’ was never on the agenda and happily the basic framework of base, walls and roof was completed early on so the Internals remained relatively unaffected but they still had to traverse through the garden, down the side of the house to their wagon to collect the further tools and hardware to complete the job mindful to keep a protective tarpaulin in place whilst the ever present rain threat was there.
And so, several hours later with all the finishing touches complete my wife’s ‘craft room’ was finished, ready for inspection and passed with flying colours.
So thanks to the two guys at the sharp end for their efforts but to the whole team who answered any questions that we had through the five month lead time and kept us informed of any developments specifically the arrangements ahead of the ‘big day’
Now that the furniture and accessories are nearly all in place my wife couldn’t really be any happier with her sanctuary so thanks to you all and a true and heartfelt recommend from us.

Tom, Josh and Gabriel arrived at the exactly the time the company said they would. Three hard working, polite fellows who put the building up with a minimum of fuss but always double-checked details with us first.
Although still early days - only went up 48 hrs. ago - we are delighted with the result.

The whole team involved in this company are excellent. We had to wait several months to get our new shed and dalbury building but we were kept infomed every step of the way. Dates we were given were kept and the two teams that came for the instalation were excellent. Ryan Tommie and Gabi were polite, hard working and efficient. Many thanks to all involved.

We bought a summerhouse from Worcestershire Garden Building in the spring, 2021. It was built and supplied by UK Garden Buildings Ltd. It was something we had been thinking about having for a few years. The summerhouse is a fabulous building which has enhanced our garden and looks as if it has been there for years. It has been used almost daily and extended our outdoor use and enjoyment of the garden. The building is of excellent quality. Friends have commented positively on the construction and finish of the summerhouse.

A few minor problems that occurred a few weeks after construction, were dealt with quickly and professionally by UKGB.

Our only regret is that we did not buy this summerhouse ten years ago.

I am so pleased with my new garden office. I ordered a 10x8 Dalbury. Communication was excellent, they set appropriate expectations on delivery timescales and kept to the exact date they gave me on the day I purchased. The head office were brilliant, answered my many questions, efficient and generally brilliant service.

Day of fitting and Ryan and Tommie arrived very early and properly cracked on. They were great, polite and covered every question etc. Impeccable service and great lads… they deserve a great service bonus.

We had a Dalbury Garden Room installed earlier in the year and have been delighted with it. The installation process was efficient and professional.
A minor issue developed with one of the doors so we contacted UKGB who quickly arranged a visit to rectify the problem.

One of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. I was looking for a shed, custom made to my particular size requirements. I made the order over the telephone and at that point was given a fixed date for delivery and installation - this is despite market uncertainties over the supply of wood and Covid etc. A week in advance of the installation date I received a call to confirm that everything was in order and the shed arrived bang on time on the appointed date and bang on time.

The installation team were very professional, did a superb job and the shed was erected within the hour with no fuss. The quality of the shed exceeded my expectations. The quality of the wood and construction was of the highest order and it was certainly the best shed I have ever purchased.

Overall this was a master class in customer service from the original enquiry and quote, useful update communications and final delivery.

UK Garden Buildings recently delivered and assembled a magnificent summer house of superb quality in our back garden. The gentleman who did the assembling was quick and efficient; he had over twenty years of experience and it showed. The company was helpful at every stage from my ordering to the completion of the summer house; Highly recommended.

Ordered a Lichfield Summerhouse earlier in the year. Understandably due to pandemic given a long lead time. However well worth the wait. Arrived and erected on the date given. Great service really pleased with product. Very Satisfied customer.

I wish to praise Dan and Shane for the outstanding and professional delivery and erection of our Garden Room. They worked tirelessly and gave polite and courteous service. Their attention to detail was second to none. When they spotted an imperfection in the roof cladding it was immediately dealt with and I thank them and your good selves for resolving the issue. The standard of finish was meticulous! We are over the moon.

I purchased 7x5 pent roof shed from UK Garden Buildings (Rugeley) Ltd through Jackson’s of Yardley.
I paid for premium felt for the roof only to find it appeared to be far inferior to the felt I had purchased on my last shed , I contacted UK Garden Buildings telling them I was far from happy about the quality the reply was that they had changed suppliers !! .
They didn’t seem bothered about the quality even though It stated PREMIUM FELT, and I had paid a fair amount of extra money for it .
I was disgusted with how they dealt with this complaint.

I contacted Jackson’s, the agent who sold me the shed & took a sample of the felt fitted with me.
They agreed it was not the quality I had paid for and contacted UK Gardens Buildings, who again said it was because of a change of supplier.
Jackson’s stated it was inferior quality and not the Premium felt they were advertising.
I subsequently received a phone call from UK Garden buildings to arrange an inspection. When they arrived they had bought new felt which was of the correct quality!!
WELL DONE TO JACKSONS
If they hadn’t intervened on my behalf I believe I would still have ended up with inferior felt.

Last week we took delivery of one of the Garden Rooms, a Dalbury 12x8.

We were amazed at the quality of the product and everything that went into it, the lagging the linings, floor insulation and so on. What also was amazing were the two fitters, Ryan & Tommie, who spent a solid 6 hrs plus assembling it. They obviously had Lego kits as kids and both demonstrated a skill set that you might expect in more seasoned chaps. Their attention to detail and finish was excellent.

So again, thanks to all for an excellent product and installation service.

We had a 12’ x 10’ garden office installed. We could not be more pleased with the finish, commitment and service. Absolutely fantastic, we are thrilled.

After reading some reviews I was naturally anxious that I had made the right choice with UK Buildings. My shed and summerhouse have been installed today. The lads were great very courteous. Job was done in no time they worked so hard. I am more than happy with the quality. I had no need to worry . Thank you
