Arrived quicker than expected, good fitting team,no obvious issues

Ordered 6 months ago we were really impressed on the communication and service we received.
Ryan and Rich arrived on the due installation date at 7.20am and worked really hard on day one completing on day two.
We were really impressed at their work and both were very pleasant and helpful throughout the two days.
We would recommend UK Garden Buildings to anyone with superb staff and service.

Our summerhouse was expertly installed on the 20/21st Jan by Ryan, Tommie and Gabi. They worked incredibly efficiently and Ryan (who was there both days) was very helpful in explaining the process as they went along. Very professional and friendly, would highly recommend.

Had my summerhouse fitted on Monday just gone. 8x10 . Phoned me before arriving. Friendly and smart worker’s, Ryan and Tommie. Started work at 8am and finished at just after 12 noon. Spent time taking me around the building and asking my questions about maintenance. Clean and tidy workers, cleared up their mess. Very happy. Our summerhouse was installed on the first day back at work - 7th January. The office told me to expect the team between 7 and 8 am, so I was up with the lark. They actaully arrived nearer 10.00am, which was fair enough given that they had to travel from Stafford to Leicester, but maybe the office needs to build that into their eta.
The building went up in just over an hour. The two men were quiet and efficient. It was very muddy under foot do when they had finished I hosed down the front porch and it looks exactly like the brochure. Lots of room for storing garden furniture and it will be a really useful addition to the garden.

But for the ambitious arrival time I was given, I would have given 5 stars

Absolutely love our garden room which will soon become our craft room. We chosen a very long building 24x10 ft so plenty of room. Josh & Tom our fitters did a fantastic job, quickly efficiently and clean after themselves. They arrived early and got on with the work, not stopping till home time so the built took the strict necessary time. Very very pleased with the result

Very good service from first viewing in a display situation to installation, the guy who installed the shed was exceptional, and speedy worker. The shed it's self seemed to be well constructed, with one exception, the size of hole drilled in door to accommodate the key is overkill, I've tried to purchase a 'keyhole escutcheon with cover plate' in an attempt to prevent rain from entering the lock mechanism without any luck, any suggestions?. That is the only reason why we did not give it 5 star rating other than that everything was fine

Arrived on time and erected shed very quickly. Carrying pieces down garden before it became light. End product was perfect.

Unfortunately, we caution against this company. I made the mistake of paying in full before delivery. Although we had sent a video of the site and commissioned builders to create a site for our cabin dug into the granite of the hill the company deemed it inappropriate. This would have been more acceptable (although the cabin has subsequently been built by others on the same site) had the company not refused any refund of the two days labour for building although the package we had paid for (and a primary reason for choosing it) included installation and we had supplied all information requested. This again might have been supportable had the cabin not been left in hundreds of bits (including soaked insulation which is still drying out etc) over our garden, days before Christmas, blocking the drive. Insulation was scattered across the drive and panels were damaged and warped. When I contacted 'customer services', their representative phoned me, made no apology and laughed when I suggested some kind of repayment was due because we would now have to commission other builders. I found his tone unprofessional and some of the arguments manipulative. The cabin is adequate and attractive enough but cheaply made and the current builders have had to introduce changes to the structure, to leave cavity space between the insulation and membrane, that apparently should have been part of the design to protect the untreated wood of the interior. If you do choose this company, we strongly recommend you do not pay the full amount until AFTER installation, or you may feel, as we did, both frustrated by the service and out of pocket.

Outstanding service from viewing to purchase, construction and after-sales. It’s rare to find a large company that is so easy to contact, responsive, efficient and friendly. We love our new summerhouse and would highly recommend this company.

Can’t complain about installation other than when I purchased the shed I had asked for a 16x10 size and the guy I bought it from filled the form in wrong and we ended up with a 16x8 so I built the pad to put it on the wrong size. I admit I should have checked the paperwork on the order date so my fault but I would still have preferred the bigger one especially the amount of money paid

Wrong floor fitted and now asking me to pay £300 to replace it.

Thank you so much for an excellent service, we ordered our summehouse and were advised that it would take around 8 weeks. On Monday it arrived at 6.50am, one man errected it, excellent service, really good quality, highly reccommended! Thank you very much

Although the wait for the shed was 12 weeks, when it arrived the guy who bought it was really quick at putting it up. The service from ordering to installation was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with my new summerhouse. The colour is exactly as I wanted. The quality is great including the paintwork and build!

Brilliant service all along from initial contact, the sales staff, confirmation of my order right through to the delivery and build last week.

Tom and Josh were amazing: here at 7.15 in the morning and finished mid afternoon. They worked right the way through despite the rain. They were thorough and kept me in touch as the day progressed.

The end result is a marvellous garden office from a really impressive company.

We have just had our Summer House delivered and erected. Could not be happier. Quality of timber is good, solid construction and erected with skill and diligence. We were going to paint it but the fitters suggested keeping the wood showing to have a classic look. Two coats of preservative and two coats of uv/water repellent oil later and it looks a picture. Can thoroughly recommend this company.
