From ordering to installation it was a quick and smooth process. The summer house was put up within an hour to an excellent standard.

Communication was spot on, I was kept informed every step of the way by a happy sounding team. The installer was equally efficient and polite. A second key would have been nice and the tin of touch-up paint was a good idea.

The shed was delivered on time as promised and it meets our requirements exactly in terms of quality and practicality.

We had a small shed and a larger shed installed, very pleased with the quality of shed. The man who installed them arrived at the prearranged time, put them up in an impressive time, he was polite and got on with the job.

Customer service were extremely helpful throughout particularly as I made changes to the standard model. When ordered we were told an 11 week delivery. Building arrived after 8 weeks. Communication was excellent. On the delivery date they arrived at 7.30am (as agreed). The two guys worked quickly and efficiently and were polite and helpful. The Building was completed by 2.30pm and looked great. The whole process from ordering to completion was smooth and easy and I would highly recommend the company for the quality of the building and customer service and all at a reasonable price.

So impressed with our Dalbury with Canopy that we had custom made. Exceeded all our expectations both with quality and end to end process.

Excellent professional service from beginning to end. On delivery day the fitters discovered one window glass needed to be replaced which, keeping me informed, they reported to their office. I received a call within the hour & the glass was replaced AM next day. Impressive Service with polite & responsive staff throughout from first contact to installation and follow up. Well done would definitely recommend.

We searched for a suitable summerhouse for months, there are loads on the market that when you look into them in more detail you seem to uncover nightmare experiences! We had the total opposite with UK Garden buildings. Our summerhouse was sourced from a local agent but supplied directly from UK Garden buildings. I found communication with them excellent, always answered the phone and gave me the information I required. The delivery date and time given were stuck to exactly, with a phone call before to confirm. Our summerhouse was also assembled by the delivery team, it took them a couple of hours but the assembly was perfect, no mess left and everything cleaned away. The build quality is fantastic, really sturdy and more house like than shed like. We are really pleased with the summerhouse and very glad that we found a supplier that stuck to their promises and provided a quality product, with no nightmare experience!

It's exactly what I wanted! Great price, great service and the quality is spot on.

Really clear website giving lots of guidance to make sure you make the right choice. You can choose a delivery date weeks after ordering if you need time to prepare a base etc. You can even pay more for the garden building to be delivered in smaller sections to fit through a standard door.
Customer service also replied to questions with in a working day. Assembled by the friendly delivery drivers swiftly and they even commented on the quality given the years they have worked for UKGB.
Quality is not quite up to what I was expecting and filler was supplied by them when I sent photos of the gaps and holes letting through daylight and thus rainfall.

I'm very happy with my new Litchfield summer house. The fitters were efficient, polite and left no mess. It took little time at all and the results are fantastic.

I have recently purchased my "UK Garden Buildings Rugeley Ltd" garden shed through "Megasheds North Wales", Rhyl:

The range of different kinds and designs of garden buildings on offer at "Megasheds" is very broad; the quality of the finished product leaves nothing to be desired; "Megasheds" customer service on the phone and via email is extremely friendly, supportive and forthcoming; and the tradesmen who erect the garden buildings are highly skilled.

I was very impressed with the overall service and with the product. Only 2 remarks which leave some "room for improvement":
1) "Megasheds North Wales" is understaffed re admin staff which results in very short opening hours of the branches at Rhyl and Chester. That makes it very difficult for local clients to visit the branches and to view examples of garden buildings on-site.
2) The products are not exactly cheap.
But nowadays, true quality has its price - and I would always advocate for a more pricy solution as long as it comes with the guarantee of being of better quality than compeditor's offers (as it is the case here).

We are delighted with our garden room that we like to call the hut 🙂
The fitters where great friendly and did a fantastic job.
We could not be happier and highly recommend UK Garden buildings.

We chose a Weston Summerhouse and from order to delivery was only 3 weeks. Our fitter Pete worked quickly and efficiently to build the summerhouse and we are more than pleased with the quality and service. We’ve taken a little time to furnish it and are enjoying using it most evenings, even when the weather is not kind!

We ordered a 6 x 4 shed for the corner of our garden. It came in a couple of weeks and was fitted quickly and professionally. The shed is well made and is perfect storage. I would definitely recommend this company their customer service is second to none.

A great company to deal with from start to finish. The office staff and fitters were all very helpful and professional.

We saw a display model at Jacksons in Birmingham who were also very helpful and recommended a good outfit to install the base and to do some garden clearing work for us.

The Summerhouse was installed on the agreed date and time. All done in a day. A follow up visit was required as there were a couple of UVCP trim pieces missing on back order. A half hour job which was completed on the agreed date and time. (The fitter phoned the day before to confirm his ETA which was really helpful)

The Summerhouse ( a Huntington) has been up a few weeks now and we are really pleased with the quality and value. It has weathered some serious rain and remains watertight.

Furniture due to arrive today, so hopefully we will get to use it properly!
