I recently used this company for the purchase of both a shed and summerhouse. And i cannot rate highly enough the professionalism and excellent customer service provided by all members of staff that i dealt with. Not only did i purchase both buildings, but also the pre wooden bases for the buildings. Their Installation Team unfortunately had to erect both the bases and buildings, on a very wet day in Anglesey! They did a fantastic job in terrible conditions, and i am extremely satisfied with the first-class quality build that they have left! Many thanks again (Darren & Lee) for your excellent and dedicated work. You are both a credit to the company!!

I ordered a 6X10 garden office from UK Garden Buildings. I'm an experienced builder but i was short of time and needed a office quick. Knowing how building like this are constructed and the potential shortcuts people can use to save money i am a very critical customer. The guys who turned up to construct the building were great, polite, skilled and tidy. They built up the office taking care to get everything square and positioned exactly as it should be. It is very obvious as the building went up that every detail has been thought through and the quality is very good. The finished building looks stunning actually much better than the pictures on the website so I am a very happy customer.

Summer House finished today what a fantastic job the Two guys who installed it were polite hard working took all waste away But did an AMAZiNG job any one who has these lads install any thing for them will have hit the jackpot Steve Mole Kidderminster

The whole experience of now having the item in my garden was excellent. Website easy to use with prompts and explanations. Agreed delivery date and time. Paid balance 3 days before over phone with very helpful person. Installers arrived on time, polite and respectful. Professional fitters x 2 worked well together and checking as they worked. Left site as the found it -took all their rubbish, thank you. Overwhelmed with the final product.

We have just had a 16 x10 Dalbury Garden room installed. We use it as an office and spare room with a sofa bed …very recently it was great as an “isolation room” when COVID hit (again!) We love the additional space it provides, the quality and value for money was outstanding (way above any competitor we researched). Construction took only two days and was swift and problem free . The only slight issue was having to wait once ordered (but that seems to apply in all walks of life now!).

We had our summerhouse delivered & installed end of June 2022. Extremely pleased with all aspects from ordering right through to timely delivery- communication was easy & stress free & the two young men who came to install worked quickly efficiently & left no mess. I would highly recommend this company’s services.

We ordered our Summerhouse from Queensferry, the gentleman explained everything and we paid a deposit.We were kept informed of everything. When the two men came to install it, they were here for 3 days and worked extremely hard. The Summerhouse is better than we expected and takes it’s place well in the garden and we love it.

Very pleased with our garden building. This is our second purchase for exactly the same product. The buildings are well made and extremely sturdy. We purchased the premium package.
Communication from the company was very good and payment was taken in stages. A mutually convenient date and time was arranged. The building was erected quickly and efficiently but a level base is essential.

Delivered and installed in approx 1 hour. We paid for it to be pre-painted and except for some parts of the windows which needed to be rubbed down, we were happy. The windows too have some staining which ordinary window cleaners cannot remove !

Very impressed with this company. I ordered an ex display summerhouse which i had installed at the end of June. They had to go through a neighbour’s garden as was too big to bring down the entry, which I hadn’t thought of, but they were thorough and helpful with this process. They delivered and installed within an hour. Very professional service and easy to contact too!

Everything happened as agreed.
Order placed with an ETD. Which incidentally was halved. Post order and pre- delivery comms were excellent.
Shed arrived on time & the installation team were spot on. Quality is excellent. I would use again & would recommend.

We ordered our summerhouse in March 2022 but didn’t want it until mid June because of our garden landscaping company completion date of the end of May. This wasn’t a problem for UK Garden buildings and two weeks before mid June they contacted us to check on our schedule. We were ready for the install which an agreed date was set to suit us. Their experienced installers made it look easy to erect the summerhouse as every panel fitted together seamlessly. We opted for a two colour externally painted finish which looks great in our garden and was able to purchase additional paint so I could paint the interior surfaces. What I didn’t ask when ordering was whether this option was available which I would have had done for me prior to delivery. Anyhow the paint supplied is excellent and was easy to cover the interior surfaces using a brush. We were able to select other options such as a stronger floor and a rubber roof covering for greater longevity. Also the summerhouse was supplied with toughened glass for additional safety. For the money paid this is an excellent product which I can fully recommend. Everyone at UK Garden Buildings I spoke to was very professional and friendly and the whole process from start to finish was a delight.

Excellent quality. Bought the same shed for mom three years ago. Downside is the price has doubled. A family of four could have gone abroad for the same amount.
