The whole experience was good from booking to completion of erecting the shed by Pete. He was amazing, he made the erection of the shed so easy but I can assure you it took alot of physical effort to put it up by himself. Very pleased with the shed it is well made and was just what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone indeed I gaveone of my neighbours the details of the company and the local agents in Shrewsbury

If you are going to pay £5000 to keep been reminded about the T&C's, asked to pay an extra £500 or lose your warranty then this is definitely the company to trust.

Moved into a house with an old shed falling apart, I paid for a new shed and took down the old shed. The base of old shed was concrete but not level.

A week before delivery, I advised that base was not suitable but a few well placed wood support was all that was required. The options given were:

1. Too late to do anything
2. We cannot help
3. £220 to delay delivery
4. £500 for failed installation
5. Drop off shed and I will have to build myself and lose my warranty.

You get a 5% discount for delivery alone and no fitting, if you do not have a flat base, save yourself the trouble of expecting to deal with kind human beings, as this was a disappointing display of corporate ignorance.

Definitely not a family friendly company. I have only just started putting the money shed together while typing this so will not comment on if the wood is good.

My advice to company: Be more human and reasonable, Any review above 1 star is from customers that had no issues whatsoever and unfortunately the real world doesn't work that way.

In a day and half, all kitted out with electrics, flooring etc..Could not of been more impressed with their attitude.
Ryan & Kyah are both a credit to your company. Polite, courteous, treated our house and property with respect. The workmanship is also top class. Thank you guys, just wish every company you deal with were like yours.

We are so very pleased with our Dalbury Studio. Every aspect, from our first visit to the showroom where we first viewed the buildings, through to installation- all excellent and highly professional. We would not hesitate to recommend!

Brilliant experience starting with Sue Fell at the sales site and finishing in amazing style with the builders Dan and Josh. Absolutely over the moon, esp as it snowed during day one of the build and the lads still did a five star job and on time too! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

This is the second Dalbury studio we have had this is better than the first, first had wooden doors and this was upvc.
Team arrived as specified, polite and efficient.

Very pleased with the service from Sue and Mandy at the ordering stage and with fitters Dan and Rich. All very polite, helpful and efficient. Great quality materials, my new garden building looks great.

The 2 fitters Dan & Rich were a pleasure to deal with. They turned up early on both days and got stuck into the build. Most of the structure was already pre-made and fitted together really quickly. The guys explained the fitting process and advised us at each step. They worked non stop throughout the 2 days and nothing was to much trouble for them. The quality of the room is fabulous, everything fitted together perfectly and was exactly as we ordered. The materials are of a very high quality and feel solid. On completion they explained the building and what to expect and how to paint and maintain for the future. The garden was left clean and tidy and they removed all the rubbish and finished off with a good sweep through. A very professional service with a lot of care and attention to the customers needs. 5*

Very efficient from start to finish with good comms throughout.
Installers (Dan & Rich) were on time (early) and worked hard & long to put up our new 16x10 foot Dalbury composite (insulated, plus laminate floor and UPVC doors & windows). Both very polite and easy to deal with.
The price was also good after shopping around.
Would defo recommend.

Our Dalbury 12x10 was erected yesterday. We are so happy with the result. They arrived 8.45am and left site at just after 2pm. Cleared everything away. Only the electricians were left to finish off. Matt and Mac have done a fantastic job. They worked like trojans and I was amazed how they co-ordinated each particular job. Heartily recommend this company and if you happen to get Matt and Mac then you won't have any complaints. They are both a credit to the company. Thanks you two!!!

We were looking to procure a new shed and wanted to use a local, reputable company. We settled on 10 x 8 HD Pent shed which included installation.
The order form included the terms and conditions which stated, "Installation can only take place if the base is solid, flat, level and of sufficient size".
As these terms are open to interpretation, the father-in-law contacted the office pre-delivery to advise what base had been built. We wanted to ensure there would be no issues with the installation.
On the day of the delivery, my wife did not want to be home alone when the shed arrived, so she called several times to check the status and request delivery was before 2PM. We also communicated all of the back fence panels of the garden were removed in readiness for the installation.
The delivery arrived after 2:30PM and my wife was abruptly advised the shed could not be installed due to insufficient support on the base.
Given no choice / alternative and considering our property was insecure, my wife had no choice but to sign the delivery note. We were then informed a call out to install the shed would cost and additional £300 but could not be scheduled for several weeks.
We complained to the company who offered no support apart from stating their terms and conditions. As a result, we have had to pay a company to come and install the shed incurring a cost we were not expecting.
Our experience has been poor which was reflected in the customer service provided.
This is the first review I have ever posted which shows how disappointed we are, and we will not use this company again.
